On the recent night of extreme cold I woke up to a house in the 60's. I knew the furnace was not kicking on. I called, thinking I would get put on a list in the next day or two....but they were out and fixed the furnace in 2 hours. This is the second time in 3 years I have called them and they were prompt and fixed the problem. I am now going to have them put me on an annual maintenace list. Great people, service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Gladstone Furnace.

An AC unit was installed in 2019. We were very happy with his knowledge base, quick and efficient install. Gladstone Furnace has since been taking care of all HVAC maintenance. In 2020 we had them install a new furnace and had the same professional experience. I may pleased to have Gladstone Furnace on my calling list for future maintenance. I 100% recommend this company.
Don't do crawl space
This guy is great! There was a part that went bad on our 7 year old furnace that Bryant had discontinued, but this guy came up with a fix and cleaned the furnace and only charge us $90.00,THANK YOU

BEWARE, The wife called them to fix our furnace. They did the job,but charged her 435.00 for a 159.00 circuit board. I guess they like to overcharge women.

Honest
I called Amy on a Monday and after several calls to other companies who either wouldnt answer or were to busy she answered and immediately sent someone over! Dan was here within 1 hour very fast and took the time to show me how to do a few upkeep things myself also. He needed to order parts and had those within 1 day and back out to install asap! We could not have been more pleased and thankful for Dan and Gladstone Furnace and will only use them in the future! Thank you again for your help and we enjoyed meeting you!
