Frank and his team got me the part I needed in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and easy to work with did what he says he will do. Would definitely use again very knowledgeable. Frank always follows through and backs up his work you can’t go wrong with all America for Heating and Cooling.

Best service in town. They take care of their customers. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently I had major issues with my humidifier and Frank and the team took care of it in a professional manner. They stand behind their work and are honest. No wonder they are 4.9 stars.
I just had All American replace my furnace and they did a phenomenal job! My furnace stopped working on Thursday night and I called them first thing on Friday morning. Gary came out right away and let me know my options. We determined the best option was to replace the furnace (from 1998) and they promptly brought out a crew to get the job done. They also found some work was done incorrectly previously so they repaired that as part of the installation. I feel their price was very reasonable and they were responsive, professional, and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

I’ve used this company multiple times for minor repairs and received an estimate for a new HVAC system. I’ve been impressed with the owner, Frank, and all of the crew that has worked at our home. They have reasonable pricing and will not recommend features, parts, etc that aren’t needed. All of the other estimates we’ve received sent salesmen out trying to sell the latest and greatest, but Frank is honest about what will last and work best for each situation. Highly recommend!
The team was amazing at being able to fit replacing my entire HVAC system into their schedule when my furnace failed and it turned out there were more wide-spread issues with my system as a whole. And the best part is it only took a couple of days, and they had the heat back on and working the very first day. They were able to explain several parts of the system for general maintenance to reduce wear/tear, save money over time, etc, and also helped replace the temperamental thermostat I had with a new one as well. I hadn't realized just how bad the old HVAC stack was until I had the new one for a few weeks.
The two gentlemen that came out to service my furnace were great. Their diagnosis was not. They said I needed a new gas valve for my furnace and quoted me $750. I called to get a breakdown of the price and the guy on the phone said "that's our repair flat cost, if you don't like it you can do it yourself". Didn't even give me a price of the item nor labor, just flat out rude. So I called another company to take a look and the furnace just needed to be cleaned. The pressure sensor was off because of build up in the drainage lines. I saved myself over $550(they still charged me half of "shipping charges" for a part I never got) by getting another opinion simply because of the way the guy on the phone disrespected me as a customer. Trying to charge a customer for a part they don't need AND not explaining the price shows what kind of company this is. The two gentleman that came out should look for a company with integrity, they deserve better much like the customers do.

They are wonderful! Furnace broke on second day of moving in. Repairman came right over and explained why we needed the new furnace. Frank was super helpful and also found leaking freon in the ac unit which they fixed at the same time. Everything was completed in 2 days. They also told us of the $300 rebate offer and sent free candy & coffee mugs. All in all, they were incredibly nice and professional. I highly recommend.

After receiving a few quotes, and having a different company out for an initial diagnosis, we went with All American for many reasons! They were able to offer the best price on a new unit and came out quickly. Luckily, due to a cancellation, we were able to have our unit replaced same day! This team so super speedy & efficient, great attention to detail, great pricing, and we are very happy with our new AC.
