Our A/C went out due to a burned wire melted on the compressor. We called Ward Heating and Cooling and was able to install a new A/C the following day. His sons came over and they were very professional, funny and respectful. Mr. Ward came and did a wellness check, which is above and beyond customer service.
Correction TRACY keeps it together in the office💯❤️‼️ My AC stop working. I had two different companies come out and found similar findings with outrageous prices. Ward Heating & Cooling Inc. was the 3rd company that came out. Mr. Ward came right out upon speaking with me to detect the problem. His company replaced my AC unit and Furnace together still at a reasonable price than what the other two companies were trying to charge for just repairing or replacing the AC unit. I wasn’t pressured or made to feel like I must act immediately unlike the other two companies. I would definitely recommend Ward Heating & Cooling Inc. They are professional, timely and do go work‼️ I’m very pleased💯 I can’t leave out the office, Mrs. Tiffany that keeps it together❤️. Her assistance throughout the process and kept me informed step by step until the job was completed‼️Her work don’t go unnoticed as well‼️ One Happy Customer🥰

I can't say enough about this business. Mr. Ward, his crew, and his sons were so professional at the task at hand. They had a tough job with installing 2 complete A/C systems and a heating unit. They showed up for the job on time and were very courtious to me at all times. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I don't want to forget ms. Tracy at the office, as she was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ward heating and cooling to anyone that needed their service

Ward Heating and Cooling did an excellent job!! Mr. Ward was very professional, informed me what I needed to do to keep the longevity of my heating and cooling system. He installed a new thermostat for us and showed me how to work it!! He was polite, funny and I felt comfortable with him. I will continue to use him!!! ♥️

I was very impressed with Mr Ward & Sons how professional, efficient, & very knowledgeable they were with the installation of my HVAC & water heater systems. They arrived on time and stayed until every aspect of the installation was completed. I was very satisfied and would recommend this company to others. The entire staff (including office staff) was very friendly and helpful.
Mr Ward came to my house on the weekend and address my furnace.Normally he does not work on weekends but he realize the temperature outside.I would recommend Mr Ward in a heart beat
