This company was extremely responsive, and friendly. When asking of initial quote for someone to come out they were professional, and provided wonderful information in advance. The service was done in a timely manner, and walked us through all of their findings and things we would need to replace ASAP. Prices were fair and reasonable for the amazing work they do! Very pleased with this company.

I’ve been ready to buy a whole new system twice now, but they always figure out what’s wrong and fix it for me without taking advantage of my frustration, or desperation. I will use them again.

Claytons Heating & Cooling Solutions is incredibly efficient. I received a call half an hour before the technician arrived, as well as a text message informing me that I could track the guy's route to my house. My water heater was up and running in a matter of minutes. He was both efficient and pleasant. He explained everything to me and answered all of my queries. A corporation that hires technicians like him says loudly. I would hire him again for all my AC repair needs
Max arrived promptly and didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. Even instructed me to contact him if I encounter any issues when the heating system is officially turned on for the winter. He is knowledgeable, honest and very informative. Will take the time to explain how to extend the life of your heating system. I highly recommend Hector and will hire him again for any heating system issues and maintenance in the future.
I was having problems with my AC after trying to install a Nest on my own. Claytons Heating & Cooling Solutions was the only company I called that could come out the same day. Not only did they come out the same day they had another job canceled and showed up early. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend.
