Same day service and air conditioning unit was up and running. There is nothing like relief from a broken AC. Their service will cause me to switch from my regular company when they could not do anything for days.
Matt and his crew have been servicing my home for many years. I couldn't be happier. Just last week we had a burst water line that took out the control board on the furnace and they promptly got it up and running late in the day on a Friday! Their service and support from initial phone call to job completion is absolutely the best. Thank you for another job well done! Update 7-3-2023: Goldkamp is still the best!
Our AC went out. I called at 8am when they opened and they were at my home by 11am. It was a simple fix and covered by my warranty. They fixed it quickly, cleaned my outside unit and were gone in less than an hour.
They are great. Always can count on them to respond to your needs in a timely manner. The tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Will definitely continue use them for all my HVAC needs.
Goldkamp's technician/representative was friendly, professional, thorough and on time. He kept me informed throughout my service period to let me know what he was checking and why. I have used this company in the past for both heating and cooling maintenance. I plan to use them again in the future.
I called them Sunday evening and they called back first thing Monday morning. Got an appointment same day .

Everything was done in a timely manner. The change was clearly stated and did not go over. They came and took the old system out and put a new one in and were done in 4 to 5 hours. And were very polite.
I use Goldkamp every year and would not use anyone else. From the staff to the techs….they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and, most of all, HONEST…..the list goes on and on. I have recommended them to everyone who is in need of HVAC. They are beyond reasonable with their charges and most of the time I’m shocked. Integrity goes a long way with me and this company nails it every time!!!!

I felt there never was a push to oversell anything. The sales and installation were professional. I was offered portable heaters leading up to the installation of the new HVAC system. Supporting local business is very important to me and choosing Goldkamp Heating & Cooling was the right choice.
Goldkamp goes above and beyond providing quality customer service. I have never had a negative experience and I wonder what customer service training they provide to their employees because everyone I have had the opportunity to come in contact with has been the ultimate courteous professional. When I need work done in my HVAC, I don’t hesitate to call because I know they will get the job done and I can trust their pricing and quality service. my last tech was Jimmy and he explained what he was doing and what the next procedure would be. Hats off to a company that still provides trustworthy quality service.

My fiancee and I could not be happier with Goldkamp. We used their services to replace our furnace and our AC unit. Both times, they showed up on-time, were extremely professional and friendly, and did an incredible job. They completed both installations within a matter of a few hours and even repaired a piece of our driveway gate that broke because of high winds catching it that day. Talk about customer service! Each time they went above and beyond. They even sent us a tin of cookies as a thank you for using them. Cannot recommend them enough. To make things even better, their prices were the absolute best out of the 3 quotes we requested by FAR. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.
The whole team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. Made time for us in the schedule on a Monday afternoon and helped get our heat back! Super helpful considering it was 30 degree day and we have a little one. Love this family biz!

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Goldkamp. From the tech who first came out to diagnose the issue with our furnace (cracked heat exchanger) to the salesman (Kevin), install team (Joe, Logan, Brandon and others) and office staff, a great team! After 24 years of use, we ended up needing and purchasing two complete Trane HVAC systems. Installation was perfect and everything went extremely smooth and easy. We will be purchasing the annual maintenance agreement and are happy we have found our go to HVAC company. Thank you! Highly recommend.

They made sure that I felt comfortable understanding their costs and how it may compare to others in the market.
