We have great service from B & B Heating and Cooling. Their customer service is outstanding. We do not have to wait long for them to come and service our equipement. They are very friendly and explain things.
I love B&B, they are trustworthy, very professional, always have smart, experienced techs, are affordable and are so nice to deal with!
I have been a B&B customer for over 40 years, and it has earned my ongoing trust.
Last month when my air conditioner went out they came within a few hours to check it out and did a temporary fix until they could replace my entire HVAC system which was done today.
Had some wiring go bad and they made sure to take care of us. It was last minute(thank you Matt) and pretty hot outside- Mike fixed the problem so quickly and I appreciate the quick response and service time. I won’t be calling anyone else for my heating and cooling!
I called B&B heating and cooling about a problem with my air conditioner. I explained my problem and ask if they could send someone out soon. They said they had a cancellation and could he could be there at the specified time. Upon arrival he was courteous prompt and did a wonderful job preparing the air conditioner.
Mike, Sr. is always professional, friendly and efficient. He takes the time to explain options and, when necessary, provide instructions.
Ryan was quick to respond to our call of the air conditioner not working on a holiday weekend! He had cold air blowing in record time - and at a very reasonable rate.
John did an excellent job with our repair. Customer service through out the process was friendly and responsive. Pricing was fair and honest will use for all future HVAC needs.
B&B has been my go to for close to 20 years now. They are ALWAYS super nice and helpful. They really know their stuff! I have had them replace and work on AC units, Furnaces and Hot Water heaters and have been super pleased every time. I have been lucky to get the same guy the last few times and he always remembers being here. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
We have used B&B before and have had a very positive experience. Service men are friendly and knowledgeable. We will keep using B&B, because they were able to get us a service call really quick and fix our problem with our a/c unit. Thanks again B&B (Ron).
This team was business from the first phone call, they responded extremely fast, found the problem and offered the most affordable solution for me and got it done in a few hours. I felt their honesty and that was their key selling point for me, and keep in mind I’m writing this the day before the 4th of July, thank you B&B you have my business going forward, stay safe and I wish you all well!

I’ve used B and B for years. I have every confidence in their service. I’m disappointed that they could not help me this time, as this is a different house, with part of the a/c system in the attic. They won’t go into attics this time of year(June). I don’t blame them. It’s too hot. Unfortunately, it looks like I need an entire new unit. Mine is 20 yrs old. They recommend I schedule for January. Hopefully, this one will carry me through to the end of summer. I highly recommend getting your a/c serviced early and annually to avoid getting stuck like me. These attic units present a whole new set of problems. However, I really like this house. Oh, well.
I normally don't write reviews but I decided to write one based on the service that Ron provided. I wanted a new furnace installed at my house and Ron came to my house twice to explain in details what I would need installed and during the installation day he stayed at my house till 11:30 pm to make sure that the new unit was up and running.. For that reason I would highly recommend this company and specifically Ron if you need a new unit installed. Thanks Ron your services were highly appreciated.
GERRY WAS GREAT!!! HONEST AND HELPFULL Justin was super nice and helpful!!! Tried to tip him for his service... he declined. He was just happy to help. Awesome company, great people.
B&B cooling was able to come out in an AC emergency situation in less than 24 hours and repair within an hour. Super informative, very professional and will absolutely use them again!! Highly recommend and will be contacting them to update a thermostat as well.
John was Amazing! He was great at explaining the problem and even called to check on the warranty of our unit!
B&B is the BEST! I appreciate the quick response time when problems arise. B&B did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater , told us the price upfront with no hidden fees! Matt, the owner does service calls himself and made us feel like our situation was important and helped us very quick. Scott and Jack replaced our hot water heater and did an excellent job. Both were friendly and professional. I have told all my friends how I was impressed with B& B! We will definitely use them again!
