(2023) my A/C was not cooling, I called to schedule an appointment, which was only a few days later, Lola was super helpful and got me enrolled in the home care program. A.J was my technician, he did a great job and was friendly and professional. (2021 I forgot to post) I have worked with Andre & Matt previously at other property, ACE was the first company that came to mind when I knew there was a possibility of needing a new AC. I called to schedule a quote, they walked me through and explained what work was needed and how long it would take. The install was completed quickly and professionally.
Our conversations about my service problems was going back and forth with Andre. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. A technician, Andrew was on time. He explained everything he was going to do and performed it excellently. He was very polite and professional. A great BIG THANK YOU to him and ACE Company. Everything is now working great!! I have AC.
Andre and his staff were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. After enduring some uncomfortable summer nights, I made the call on a Friday. The next day, within two hours, my air unit was repaired and working wonderfully.Thanks ACE! I will definitely use this company again.

AJ was professional and explained everything really well. He was out here within an hour of us calling and got things all fixed up right away! So grateful since our house was 82 degrees when he got here!! Will definitely use ace again if needed!

I recommend Ace Heating and Cooling services. Lola, the Concierge Specialist was very patient, she answered all my questions, and assisted me with choosing the best option for required service. The Service Expert AJ was on time, explained everything from the service to the pricing. He did not start the job without confirming everything.
AJ was very professional and explained what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He kept me informed on the procedure and made me feel comfortable that he was able to get my furnace back up and running. I'm Happy with the results and look forward in being a client for years to come.
Well first the lady that I spoke with on the phone was wonderful and very professional and seems like a very caring person. Second the workers arrived and were very friendly and are completing the replacing the heating system as we speak. They are finished now and showed me how everything work including how to change the filter which you have to be careful by turning it off first which is so good to know because it will blow a fuse if you don't. Anyway the service was very good and I am glad to have heat again
A big thank you to Matt for fixing our furnace on the coldest day of the year and the day before the xmas holiday. He went above and beyond to ensure we had heat. His professionalism, expertise, and kindness was so greatly appreciated.

I needed a new shut off valve installed in the gas line going to the water heater.. The tech took 3 hours to do a pressure check and did not have the correct tool. I showed them the bad part the repair took 90 minutes and the charged me 615 dollars.The owner had a hissie fit over what I was told on the phone for the cost of the pressure test and repair and the tech left a big mess getting pipe thread glue all over the floor and rugs, no dropcloth. They got me good
