The technician was very quick to arrive, and very efficient. He was easy to talk to and was not trying to pressure us into any additional services which is always a plus when you don’t feel pressured to get more than you asked for in a stressful situation. He provided helpful information and feedback. He also answered all of our questions patiently . I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
Great HVAC company to work with! Called and they were out the next day! Their technician Adam is great! He just left our house and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He got our system up and running within minutes all while explaining what the issues were. Couldn't ask for a better technician! Thank you Vogel and Thank you Adam! We'll be calling Vogel when we need a new system!

Commercial customer. Had decent service in the past. This time service tech didn't tell me or fix anything when he was out there. Sent an email Saying he could reach me by phone. The next day he said he must have dialed the wrong number. Told me it would be $6000 to fix my ac. After talking to a manger they fixed it for $3700 the next day. Called to service my working AC at my other store tech came out and told me $4400-$6400 to fix. I told them to replace the filters and that's it. So they changed me $100 for the filters and $1200 to put them in. 4 hours 2 men at $160/hr. I would recommend you go elsewhere! You can’t trust these people anymore.
The Vogel team (family) came to our rescue! From getting started with Kelly, walking through all the options with Jeff and having our heat pump installed by Adam & Jess we were so satisfied. 5+ star job from beginning to end! Thank you for going the extra mile and for having our best interest in mind. It was a pleasure hosting ya'll in our home.

Vogel is a little on the expensive side, but for the quality of service and the quality of the hvac system itself, it’s very very worth it. We needed an entirely new system and went with the cheapest option they had available and it’s still such a high quality, I can’t believe it. A huge step up from the 50 year old furnace held together by duct tape that was hanging on by a thread in the basement. I’d recommend Vogel to absolutely anyone
Over priced $1152 to replace a blower motor that cost $150 , $65 to drive 1.5 miles to get the blower motor , $119 service call that does not count toward the bill asked repair guy why so much looked at me like I was crazy and said I don’t know. I do NOT recommend.
My experience with Vogel Htg was wonderful from start to finish. No high pressure sales pitch from Ken, the HVAC specialist who handled our project. From the beginning, he wanted to know if I had specific problems that needed to be addressed/resolved with the new furnace. After inspecting our ductwork, taking necessary measurements, etc., he presented his replacement choice & clearly explained why he chose this particular furnace & how it would address the issues we were experiencing with our previous furnace. The quoted price was well within our budget & then found out that we were eligible for a rebate that Vogel was offering at the time which made it the price even better. Each person that I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. I can't say enough about how stress-free this experience was. So thankful for selecting Vogel. We will probably need a new AC system next season & I feel so blessed to have Vogel to rely on. Honesty goes a long way. Our new furnace has resolved the issues that we paid other companies to fix, but the issues remained.
They re-used the 5/16” liquid line from my 16 year old R-22 air conditioner rather than running a new 3/8” line, as the new unit is designed for 3/8”. This is corner cutting that does not align with the advertised “best workers, best practices, best tools” advertising. This is a $13,864 job with 18 SEER variable speed AC and 2-stage 96% furnace. Not a bottom-dollar job. Look at that glob of braze alloy used to transition from 5/16 to 3/8 on the filter-drier. Should be embarrassed to do work like that. The rest of the install is good, but this is a disappointment.
Vogel came through on everything they promised to do. Salesman and installers were knowledgeable, professional and cooperative. I recommend them.
Jeff and Vanesa were very helpful throughout the whole expierence. They also were professional and gave me options which I needed lol! Call them for any of your HVAC needs, you will NOT be disappointed
Vogel has great reviews and was recommended to us by our realtor so we called to schedule some HVAC repairs at our new house. Scheduling was easy but no technician ever came and no one called us that day to let us know or even the next day to apologize. We know things can be hectic and called again to give them a second chance. They apologized, said they'd send someone that same afternoon, but again no one ever showed up and we received no phone call. Very disappointed and we have taken our business to a company that actually respects our time.
Have had terrific experiences with Vogel, but today as a Premium maintenance multiple year loyal customer, supposedly with "priority", the first Fall maintenance appointment was 40 days out. Not the "priority" I expect for my pricey annual maintenance contract.
Full system replacement. Quality company, phenomenal employees, prompt service, ultimate professionalism with everyone I dealt with. Prices were very competitive versus other quotes and I now have a top-tier Carrier system versus builder grade York/Coleman from other quotes. Installers Alex & Clay were very knowledgeable of the products they were installing and very professional. Jeff in Sales was thorough in his analysis and sales pitch. I'm very confident in my decision to go with Vogel and look forward to a long relationship.
Had Vogel service my A/C at 8:00pm on a Monday night. Paul their service Technician was awesome, very thorough. He said he would be at the house in a half hour, he absolutely was ! This is the company to call for your HVAC repairs ! Thanks Vogel and Paul for getting my system running again !
On Friday 9/16/22, in accordance with our Preferred Classic Membership, Jeff Haberstroh performed the annual check and cleaning of our heating system. We always request Jeff to check our heating and cooling systems. He is highly professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Vogel is very fortunate to have Jeff. His service is always appreciated.
A little pricey but so are all skilled trades now. They did good work and came out to bid promptly. Relatively good service regarding needed paperwork. Overall is good for what I needed.
Scheduled AC service call for AC unit that is not working, during major heatwave. Called on Monday and was told they could not get out to me until Wed. Understand they were probably very busy. On Wed I get call from the service tech stating he would be at my house in 20 miins. 20 mins later I get another call and he tells me that they do not service mobile home systems. I explained to him that my unit requires R22, has a small leak and just needs R22 added to get me through the summer. He stated that he cannot help me but could refer me to another company. What a worthless company, you think after making me wait for two days they would make an exception to get my house, which has been 90 plus degrees for the past three day, back to a livable temp. I gave them my address when I scheduled the apt, you think if they did not support mobile home communities they would have told me at that time.
