We used Metro just last month they installed a complete HVAC system for us to replace our 25-year-old HVAC system. I had many bids from other companies and Metro was the best quote with a very good brand and competitive price. Aaron and Matt were professional and did a great job, I would recommend them to anyone.

They were great.The man showed up even earlier than we were told, but he called me first. We were ok with that. He worked downstairs in the furnace room and outside at the A/C unit and cleaned it. Nice person got the job done discussed with me what he did and it was all good. I would HIGHLY recommend Metro Heating & Cooling, from the phone call to set the appt the lady was very nice to the service person at the house & to job done.
We've used them now for several years. They're priced competitively, always timely, courteous and knowledgeable. We've had no breakdowns or any maintenance outside of "tune-ups" each spring and fall.

Beyond thrilled with Metro Heating and Cooling. They installed a new HVAC system and a zone damper system last year summer, and our 2 story home is perfectly heated and cooled. We started the maintenance program with them this year to ensure our new systems are cleaned and functioning properly. Shanna is great to ask questions and getting scheduling figured out, and every service tech we’ve had has been fantastic. We won’t use anyone else! Thank you!

Metro has been very good to us in the homes we have owned. They have maintained our HVAC systems and we have purchased a new system from them in the past. Their servicemen are knowledgeable, polite and on time.
We have used Metro Heating and Cooling for over 24 years now. They have always showed up on time and performed their work very well. They are competitive in price and delivery. On our last replacement heating and air conditioning they suggested a UV light to help clean the air and we have been greatly satisfied with the results, cooking smells are gone with in a short period of time.
Excellent company!! They installed our furnace and did a fabulous job for a great price a couple of years ago. The also do our HVAC maintenance. They are reasonable, prompt, informative and do a great job while leaving no mess behind. Their office staff is also prompt, responsive to calls and friendly. Highly Recommend!!!
Matt and Jeremy came out to replace our air conditioner and furnace. They did such a great job installing it, going over care for it, and answering our questions. Very pleased.
Scott came and helped me put in a new thermostat and got my heat running quickly on a very cold day. I called and they came the same day. I would highly recommend!
I’ve been doing business with Metro for over 30 years. They have never failed to be responsive, even over holiday weekends. Their employees have always been courteous and efficient. One the finest companies I’ve dealt with since moving to Saint Louis!
Excellent quality, service and price. Their service techs are very good and very friendly. They installed our furnace last year and it works perfect. We also just used them for an AC cleaning, tune up. They are prompt/on-time, clean and did a fantastic job. We will continue to use them for all of our furnace and AC needs and would highly recommend them!
We've used Metro HVAC to replace our furnaces (we have double units) and air conditioners, to install humidifiers, and to maintain our equipment twice yearly for about 15 years. We can easily recommend them. The company is professional and the folks who've done the work are always pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. It seemed our previous provider was always finding problems that required additional payment and I'm not sure that they didn't repair and replace things before it was really necessary. This has not been true of Metro; we believe Metro to be very honest and fairly priced.
Replaced furnace and heat pump. Technicians were prompt, polite and did a great job. Price was competitive with other companies.
