After having another company come out and "service my system," only for it to not actually do anything - I called Vitt (after normal business hours) and was able to have a tech out the next day. Nick was awesome - quickly able to identify the issue with my system and get us up and running (and cooling off) quick, while still being thorough, professional, and giving us great explanations. Will 100% be a return customer for future needs. Thanks Vitt, and THANK YOU Nick!

They were able to come out when I needed them and the repair man was very nice and knew right away what to do . Big relief when it's hot and they really went above and beyond to fix my problem! I would most definitely recommend this company!!!
Vitt identified some issues with the original AC install and then spent significant resources to get it done right. We have an old home with space and ventilation issues, and therefore this job required additional expertise to properly install. We appreciate Vitt’s professionalism and quality.

I called Vitt on one of the hottest days of the summer when I noticed the drip pan on my second floor unit wasn’t draining. Pleasantly surprised that they put me on a the schedule for that afternoon. Dave Willet, the tech, showed up and patiently explained what he would be doing to fix the problem. He fix d it and also fixed a wiring issue. Couldn’t be more pleased with this whole operation!
From the first phone call to the last, the consultation, the installation team, and the adjustments needed for financing options, Vitt was consistently respective, helpful, and honest. Thankful I signed up for the 10 year service package so my new system will always perform at peak performance. I loved that so much could be done over the internet, making decisions about each component of my HVAC system was up to me with price transparency. Install happened within 24 hours. This is the 2nd time I have used Vitt and both times we have been so extremely happy with absolutely everything! Today it was the central air putting out warm air - I called this morning before 8:00, Cole came by about 10 AM, he replaced the capacitor, monitored refrigerant pressure which was good and was gone by 11:30 .... And my house is super cool again! In November we had to have the furnace replaced and, again the service was extraordinary. The inspection/diagnostic on one day and installation complete the next day... right before the coldest days of winter hit! Everyone working there who has come here so far have been so friendly and professional. My highest recommendation for VITT !
