I had an HVAC unit stop functioning in my office building one hot afternoon last week. I called Temperature Pros at 7 AM. Chuck was at my office at 7:15 AM and had my unit back up and running with a temporary fix until one of their regular service techs could make it out later in the day with a permanent repair. The service was prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for anything else.
Temperature Pro St Louis was very professional in their service and follow through. I was impressed that Erica worked with me and our home warranty by helping us know what was covered when our home warranty company wasn't as quick to communicate. I would definitely use this company again!
I had a very positive experience with TemperaturePro. From Erica on the front line phone and scheduling to the Fellow that came out to fix our problem, I found them to be honest and reliable, and fun people to boot! All my questions were answered and I they were understanding and compassionate knowing my A/C was broken During the hottest weeks of the year. I wouldn't hesitate to use them Again! Nice to see there are companies still around who have great work ethics and customer service.
Great contractor! Great Job! I will be using Temperature Pro in the the future and definitely recommending them to friends and family! After 8 weeks of dealing with an incompetent HVAC contractor I came in contact with Temp Pro. Temperature Pro not only resolved the issue but fixed the previous contractors "work" for there would be no issues in the future. The previous contractor came out several times and kept misdiagnosising the problem and replacing epuipment that was in working order. Temp Pro used their skills and experience to actually fix the problem and not just put a "bandaid" on it. They also did all they needed to do in just a few hours not over multiple days. The tech was highly trained and very skilled even with our "high efficiency" system. Even the owner came out to lend a hand and talk with our warranty people to make sure it was fixed that day. I have never had better service! They were able to come to my home the same day and were very informative with what was going on. A lot of time went into finding out what was wrong with my old unit and they were even able to show me the actual leak! I recommend them to anyone who wants to have exceptional work done! Thanks guys!
With my furnace approaching 10 years of age I had Temperature Pro come out to inspect its condition. The two men were prompt in arriving, friendly yet professional and very thorough. They did not attempt to "sell" me anything even though they did find a part that was not quite up to perfect in operation. They explained that the part could last several more years and I could let it live out its life without danger. They courteously took time to answer general questions I had about HVAc systems. I give them an A+ and recommend them highly.
