The technician responded almost immediately and came over to check out the problem right after he finished up his current job. He assessed our problem, told us what we needed to do and repaired it efficiently. A+
I can't say enough about Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning company. They installed top quality A/C and heating system. The entire crew were very meticulous with each step of the installation. They were professional focused and tidy. The job was done in a timely manner, and we are so happy with our new system. We highly recommend you to call them to provide you with an estimate!
After checking with a couple other companies it was determined I needed a new unit I decided to go with Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning since they were on the cheaper end and the staff was very easy to work with. They were prompt at returning my calls and showing up as scheduled. I would recommend this company to others due to their polite staff and quick completion.

He quickly identified the problem, some ancillary issues, and gave me good advice for better maintaining my unit. And he made me laugh in an incredibly stressful situation. Glad I found this company!
We had a great experience with Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning last month converting our wood fireplace to a gas one. The technician was over our project, he was great to work with and everything was done well and fast! From my first phone call to fireplace completely installed was about 5 days. They came to first look at it and give me a quote the day I called. I was very impressed and we love the new fireplace!!
Honest and friendly, they have been in contact with me to help me with the best option for my situation. The guy who installed my new furnace was very good. He did an amazing job, walked me through everything made sure I was taken care of and satisfied. A big thanks for getting it all set up for me and at a nice price. The technicians was professional and thorough. They went above and beyond to fix a small problem with my furnace without charging me. And he explained what he did and things that I should watch for. I really appreciate and will recommend more!!
When our upstairs air conditioner stopped blowing cool air, we called Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning and they came out to see us right away. The technician, was very professional and efficient. They did a furnace installation in my house. Very professional and hard working technicians. They also answered all the questions I had. Furnace is working perfectly. My house is warmer than it has ever been and the gas bill is lower. I would definitely recommend them.

The service tech provided excellent service. Came to house same day for evaluation of our AC system that unexpectedly crashed. A part was necessary that wouldn't be available until next day. I informed him I needed to leave town by mid day and he went out of his way to retrieve the part early morning and make it to the house to complete the repair! Great work!
Had my annual furnace maintenance check by Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning. Dave was prompt, polite, answered my questions, gave me information at the end and was helpful with diagnosing a problem with my programmable thermostat. Dave called when on his way to my home, presented a professional attitude on arrival and listened to my problem before doing his investigation. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he explained the reasoning and details of his answers. I feel he correctly fixed my AC's problem and also checked for any other possible problems. I am more than satisfied with his work and attitude. If I need any future help I will definitely ask for Dave.
