James did wonderful job for replacing our home's heating and air cooling system this fall. They are very honest and the price is very reasonable. we did have a few estimates, but eventually, we chose Glenn Heating and Cooling because they show care to their customers and they are very honest. Their customer service is great. we have been enjoying the new heating system in the cold weather without worrying the system breaking down. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Glenn Heating and Cooling. James thoroughly explained the different capacitors and their life, prices, and guarantees. After explaining the various service plan differences, he left the service plan literature and pricing for us to evaluate which plan would be best for us. His workmanship was excellent in the replacement of needed parts.

We highly recommend Glenn Heating and Cooling! They are so professional and they care about customer service. After many years, our furnace stopped working and we knew it wasn’t worth fixing. An honest and personable sales rep met with us, gave fair options, and a great payment plan with no interest. An excellent crew came the next day to begin the install. They are very knowledgeable and we felt perfectly comfortable and safe having them in our home. Great company!

The Glenn Heating and Cooling technicians arrived on time as stated and were very courteous and professional. They showed respect for my home by wearing overshoes and cleaning up. They also pointed out observed faults with my furnace. I am very pleased with this company and will use their services in the future and also recommend them to friends and family.
I used Glenn Heating and Cooling to replace broken Heat Pump system, and was very impressed with their service. First, they did thorough diagnostics and diligently worked trying to “reanimate” malfunctioning unit compressor. And finally, they adjusted their schedule and worked overtime to promptly install the system right before the big chill came. Highly recommend!
James was very professional and provided great detail, even photos, of the issues with our A/C leaking water into the pan. Unfortunately the estimated cost of repair was very high. So we're checking with the installing company to determine if there is any warrantee to cover this. We wish Glenn Heating and Cooling had done the original install with this unit. The repair would have been free.
I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received at Glenn Heating and Cooling. Very prompt and professional. I called today and they came and repaired my problem. They were efficient and professional. Their prices were really reasonable. I will use them again.
So glad we hired this company! The techs were awesome. We knew we had a very old furnace, they gave us the option to repair or quoted us a new unit. We opted for the new one and it was installed two days later for our convenience. Very nice guys and honest business. Thank you.

He told me about services that I didn’t even know I was eligible for, and worked hard to find the answer to a problem we were having with our HVAC system. Not only did he answer the question, he showed me how to work the vents to get better airflow during the summer and winter months. I am very pleased with the service we received today.
James has been out to our house twice and has been amazing both times. He has been on time and respectful to not only our home but our animals as well.
