Howard was terrific to work with- honest, quick response, and very thorough. Here's what I mean by that: A competitor company was quoting us $3000 to replace a motor on an AC blower which they said was fried. Within 10 minutes of arriving, Howard confirmed the pressure in the system was fine and realized that it wasn't a motor malfunctioning that was causing the unit to not run, but rather it was an incorrect filter that was too large for the unit and not allowing air to flow. And how do you suppose the unit ended up with that incorrect size filter in the first place? That same competitor company that was wanting to charge $3000 to replace the motor was the same company (actually the same technician even) who serviced the unit 2 weeks ago and as part of the annual maintenance completed a filter change. So not only did they misdiagnose the issue today, they created it in the first place. Howard's fee was $89 for the service call. So I have approximately 2911 reasons to be thankful to Fresh Air and to recommend them.
We had a circuit board go bad in our furnace so the AC was not cooling the house in 90 degree weather. Fresh Air sent a technician right away… very responsive. Repair was scheduled the next day. We replaced out 23 yr old furnace and upgraded to a smart thermostat. Totally Pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
