I want to thank Kyle for his assistance with troubleshooting my A/C late Saturday night. He was very professional and helpful.
Jerry did a great job cleaning and servicing my AC systems (2). While here he also took a look at a couple of other items and was able to repair/fix them as needed. He was respectful, clean, and did not track in any outside dirt by wearing the protective feet coverings (which I really appreciated).
Jarod arrived within 2 hours of my initial request to their dispatcher for a service call. Jarod found the problems and repaired our fridge and dishwasher in 2 hours. You can't beat that for responsiveness and professional, quality work. We will definitely use Chesterfield Service Co. again.
Initially, I had a good experience with emergency AC technician Josh who was knowledgeable and reliable in helping diagnose issues with my AC system in this hot weather and recommending a replacement for my 20-year-old system. But everything else afterward was terrible. I confirmed my appointment for AC quote, took time off, and waited for them to come in so that we could get a quote for an AC replacement for this hot weather. But NO SHOW from Chesterfield service half an hour past the appointment time. I called their customer service and was told someone would call me in a few minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and then finally got a call saying my appointment was missed because the person who was supposed to come had a family emergency. I don't know for sure exactly what happened, but Chesterfield services as a business could have informed their customer that the appointment was canceled, or they could have sent someone else. They send messages/reminders to my phone to make sure I confirm the appointment with them but nothing to inform me of changes or delays which many other businesses do routinely. Customers' time is not important as theirs? From my experience, the technicians are good, but the sales are neither professional nor reliable. I was asked to reschedule the appointment for a future time. Of course not. Would recommend seeking out a more well-rounded, reliable, and professional company instead for installation or replacement with Chesterfield Services.
Very knowledgeable and personable. I was expecting to have to replace the unit, but Josh was able to fix it instead. Glad we called Chesterfield Services, and glad they sent Josh.
Brian was very professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He replaced a faulty gate valve to our main water supply. It was a big job. He took time to explain the work he was doing. He was very thorough and we felt confident about his work. He was friendly and a good communicator. We would definitely call him back for any future plumbing needs.

Michael was courteous and professional. He identified the problem, verified he had all the parts and tools he needed to do the job, itemized the costs up front, and then went about the job of making the repairs. When he was finished, he explained the new installation to me and made sure I had no unanswered questions. He then spent additional time cleaning up the flooded basement floor before he left. I could not be happier with the repair work. Thank you Michael, and Chesterfield Service.
I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. Absolutely horrible. Called to schedule my SPRING a/c service in JUNE. Would not give me a refund for the times they were not able to accommodate my needs. Told me nothing was wrong when clearly it was. Still charged me for 2 months that I had requested membership cancellation for. If you like dealing with attorneys give Chesterfield Service a call! 😊😊😊 SCAMMERS
Jerry was very profession al and explained what he was doing on changing the filter that is changed twice a year and will change the other filter in the fall that is changed once a year.
Kyle M was great. I called at 10:30am. I got a call at 11am that someone would be at my house in 10 minutes. Kyle was here even faster than that (on a Sunday). He got my AC working again and we aren’t burning up anymore. He took photos and showed me what the issues were. Highly recommend!
Owen did a great job fixing our AC. Very professional and very polite. We called Thursday afternoon and he was here at 8am Friday. Great service. Thank you.

John L. Did an electrical inspection for us. He was knowledgeable and had solid suggestions. He observed two light switches that were not set properly and reset them. John L has years of experience and that is important when it comes to electrical issues. He was so personable and explained things in terms that were understandable. It’s great to know our home is electrically sound. Thank you Chesterfield service and John L. Happy we have your service plan to keep our home safe. John L defiantly deserves a big raise! You want someone like him representing you in the community.
