Installed new heat pump system in my home. Great experience all around. Came when scheduled and finished work in 5 hours. Very professional and really knows HVAC. Highly recommend.

I called Jonathan today when I discovered my AC was leaking inside the house. He was at my front door within the hour and repaired the leak. He made quick work of it too. He knew immediately what the problem was and how to remedy it. He always does. His knowledge of the business is top notch. But what touched me most today was his genuine kindness. My husband is currently deployed with the US Navy. Jonathan expressed his gratitude for my husbands service and did not charge me anything. There are a lot of AC companies out there but Madison Ridgeland Heating & Cooling will always get my family’s business. Not because they are the best (even though they are) but because they truly care about their customers.
They were very nice!!! I had them come look at my heater and it turned out to be something very simple. He didn’t make me feel stupid or anything for that simple thing. Thank you so much!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!
