Zach B. was very friendly and easy to talk to. He seemed to be knowledgeable in foundation leaks. He also provided me with all the information and options available, without being pushy or condescending. The only thing that would’ve made this service visit better is if Comfortech had more staffing, so he could have repaired my foundation leak the same day. Instead, a second appointment was made for 6 days later when I’m leaking 0.50-0.75 gallons of water per minute! However, I know staffing and scheduling is out of the technician’s control. I’m willing to give this company a legitimate chance to earn me as a loyal client, but I haven’t seen any physical repairs yet. 👀
I had my 6 month maintenance today. Steven Tollison found my main unit running below expectations and was quick to correct the problem. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness with explaining the problem through pictures so I could understand what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable and timely.
Donald Boyd came out to work on my system today. Extremely professional and kind. I have used Comfortech for years, and they are always excellent. Today he went above and beyond. Highest recommendation for the service and for Mr. Boyd himself. Highest praises. Will always use them.
Our air went out last night and the temperature in the house was 88 degrees so we had to leave our home. I was happy when I got the call from Donald that he was on the way. I was about 35mins from my home. By the time I made it, Donald had already identified the problem and was ready to fix it. Took him less than 30mins to fix issue. Now we are back in business. Thank you Donald for the amazing customer service.
Donald is another expert from Comfortech who has made me believe I made the right choice by choosing them for my new unit months ago. One call, one schedule that’s all. Donald has come and taken care of problems I thought were bad and made it nothing. I enjoy my service experts. It’s almost like they are family. Donald is amazing! Highly recommend. AC went out this morning on the hottest day of the year. Our tech Donald Boyd was on-site within a couple hours and fixed the issue almost immediately. Would give 6 stars if I could! Thank you Donald!
Josh and Jeremy were efficient and solved our problem accurately. They also answered quite a few questions and made sure I understood what they were doing and why. Good experience.
I commend the service professionals, Steven Tollison and Steve Bryant for the thorough assessment of my system and courtesy. Although the COMPANY does not allow for FREE LEAK DETECTION, I believe that leaves the technicians at a disadvantage.
Our air went out and service technician was here and had us up and running quickly. Highly recommend Comfortech even though they are a little more expensive than a few others. Service and prompt response is very important and they provide that. Steven Tollison was my technician and he did a great job explaining and fixing the problem. Highly recommend!

The most professional and observant technican I have ever met...very knowledgeable and skilled with his profession... I had an error message on my thermostat after a power surge. Comfortech accommodated my need for an appt the same day. My tech, James Huntley, arrived promptly and fixed the problem in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and represented Comfortech well. Thanks for the great service!

This is by far the best company if anybody out there needs AC work done we were totally down on the weekend and they came out and got us up and running I cannot say enough about this company you will not be disappointed and Josh and Todd went above what the job details they were very professional and move what they were doing this is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone
Stared good…ended bad. Comfortech’s algorithm must show who first time clients are because 6 months ago they did great on my plumbing. They came quickly and service was great. I set up an A/C maintenance plan also. Immediately after we needed additional work so both my husband and I called and submitted the scheduling request and we got no response. Six months later I get a call asking to schedule my A/C maintenance. Scheduling went fine. On the day they were coming I waited during my time slot 8-12 and no one shows or called. Shortly after 3 I got a call. The tech said I’m on his list and asked about come coming. When I mentioned the time slot was 8-12 he said that info does not show on his end. I agreed to him coming, but I called CSR to express my concerns. CSR stated they’re busy and running behind, but techs do know the time frame. After thinking on it more I did not feel comfortable with the tech coming because he lied to me. I called CSR back and told them to I don’t mind them being late, but I don’t want someone who lied to me in my house and working on my A/C. I wasted time and 6 months of maintenance plan money. Integrity and honesty matter!
Zach Blackwell did a wonderful job. Very professional, knowledgeable in his craft. Needs a very much needed pay raise and a week's vacation. Would and will refer him anytime!!!!
Lorenzo and Todd came out for my preventive maintenance visit and as always the did a great job. Lorenzo does a thorough maintenance checks everything and explains everything. Washed my coils they look brand new. Give comfortech a call and request Lorenzo and Todd for maintenance or a upgrade on hvac and a bonus one stop shop for all your plumbing issues. Great place and great people
Trey G. Was my service consultant; he was both professional and patient with me while servicing my unit and explaining my needs. My service required and returned the visit and prescheduled his return before leaving the first time and returning within the promised window. Additionally, he called ahead to tell me when he would arrive, which helped me better plan for his arrival. Comfortech Service Experts has a gem in Trey, and I look forward to working with him more.
