Orby fixed my AC and even gave me tips on how to make it continue to run efficiently and clean longer. Very knowledgeable, personable, honest, and efficient!! Highly recommend!!
I chose this company because they carried the brand of product I wanted. The representative James was on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable of all the products the company carried. He was very helpful in helping me to choose the unit that was best for my needs. I liked that I was never rushed into making a decision about the product I wanted to buy. I found it easy to do business with this company-Dent.
James Hoskins showed up as scheduled and did a great job servicing HVAC. Very courteous and thorough.
I called Dent very late in the evening around 4:30pm because mu unit wasn't heating. They sent someone out within hours, Will Fisher. He notified me of his intended arrival. He was the best repairman I have ever dealt with. He assessed and took pictures of the issue before he started the repair. That's a plus. He was so honest about the cause. I will continue to use Dent.

This was a complete and awesome experience he arrive when he said introduced himself and got right work , informed me about the problem, showed me what he immediately what he noticed was the culprit to my lack of cool air. Was pleasant the entire time working in this dangerous heat. I can not tell you how pleased I am . I immediately texted my friends while he was here working to inform them , Dent is the way to go. Don’t play with air in MS . As he stated “you get what you pay for”, and it so true but in the long run , you definitely get a better quality and peace of mind that it’s fixed the FIRST TIME, when you go with PROS and saves you money in the future . Again I thank you, for an EXCELLENT JOB , well done, and very much appreciated from an ecstatic and faithful customer. I will pass this on to all my other family and friends. Call Dent!!
