In a day and age where customer service no longer exists, this company is the exception! I have used their services over the years, proudly! I have found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable, with great responsiveness returning my calls and coming out to provide service quickly. As a female I’ve run into tradesmen including electricians who have chosen to be less than honest but not Mr Ronnie and his crew. The diagnosis they give I can trust to be honest and fair. Recently he was in another country on vacation on the other side of the globe- and he responded to my text for service. He arranged for his crew member, Niel, who’s also great, to provide service to me within 2 hours! Who does that??? Thank God they do! I could go on and on, but hopefully now you can see that these guys are hands down, THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

I called after business hours and the phone was answered right away. He diagnosed issue on phone and went to see if he had part needed on his truck. When he found he did not he called right back and scheduled repair for next morning right after his parts supplier opened. He came, he fixed. Very prompt and professional. Very reasonable, if not sacrificial, on cost too!
After not being able to reach anyone their was a glitch discovered with there phone lines. Upon further reaching out we were able to get in contact with someone. They sent a repairman out immediately! The issue has been rectified in a timely manner.
Fast efficient service.
My heating system went out in January right around the time it got extremely cold. I reached out to Dynamic as they’d done some maintenance on my unit the previous summer. I ended up needing to have my entire system replaced due to it being almost 20 years old. They were timely and efficient! My schedule was very busy but they quickly accommodated so I was only without heat a couple days. I had a million questions and Ronnie was extremely patient and honest with me as I was exploring my options on solutions. He offered to come back if I had any issues after everything was installed. My heat worked great the rest of the winter and now that it’s getting warm outside, the new unit is working perfectly to keep my home cool. I’m very grateful for how professional the entire process was and I definitely plan to use them in the future if I need anything for my home.
