Mike and his team go above and beyond. I had a persistent problem and they got it fixed. Love that I can have a maintenance agreement with them too to make sure AC and heat are in best performing shape.

I would highly recommend Comfort Control. My air was out and I called them at 8am. They came out and had it fixed before noon!! Very professional and courteous. Very affordable! Please call them if you are having issues with your a/c !

Mike came out to repair our two a/c units. He located the issues with both units, provided a detailed explanation as to what was causing the problems, what he did to repair the problems and provided me with a plan to prevent further issues. Great guy, great company, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend

This company is the best in the area. They have earned my trust and I have so much peace of mind knowing they have my a/c and heating system. My dad, who is an a/c man himself, has used them for years. They have given us A+ service for a long time.
Austin was friendly and on time and determined Freon was low. Owner is here now explaining everything to me and doing what’s needed.

Mike, owner Comfort Control, gave us an analysis of our heating and cooling needs for two unit systems with special interest on quietness and air exhausts for units. The Trane units placed are excellent in both respects. Installation in hard to reach areas and working in 3 level home was handled with care and gentleness. Mick, head of installation, lead his team to quality work with least intrusion of our daily lives for 3 days. I would highly recommend! Gregory D
Even though it was after hours when I called, they responded immediately. The service technician that came back to install the thermostat was very professional and helpful. We have used Comfort Control for the past 20 years. Wouldn't call anyone else.
We could not have asked for a better HVAC partner. All work was done efficiently. They came twice, once to setup the outside unit and then they came and installed and charged the cooling unit. Smart! I think they actually spent less time splitting the work over 2 days and the weather was absolutely on our side. Good job!

Air Conditioner installation/replacement. Mike Summerhill and his team did an excellent job of replacing and old A/C unit in late March 2022 for the house that I moved into in the late Fall of 2021. Mike didn't try to oversell me and he personally oversaw the installation and follow up to another problem that cropped up a bit later that had nothing to do directly with the A/C installation that he had completed. He and his team are a pleasure to work with and give you an honest evaluation of the problem at hand. I highly recommend doing business with Comfort Control in Ridgeland, MS.
These guys are incredible! The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed my ac quickly, and I think at a great price point.
I was not able to call, and their website's captcha wasn't working correctly, but I was able to send a request through BBB and Dawn responded within the hour. I had a tech come out the SAME DAY and diagnose the issue. The tech then came the next day and installed the part that needed replacing. Great service and very quick response. Will use them again.
