Dan was great. He fixed my fireplace when others wouldn't. He was great to work with and found a solution to get my fireplace back up and better than it was before. If your fireplace is out, I definitely suggest you call Dan.

This company put in the furnace and cool systems into my new constructed house. A part that is under warranty went out in the furnace and they did not have the piece in stock and would not replace this part. This company was non-responsive to my messages and did not communicate a plan of action to get the matter resolved. My developer had to go with another company to get the furnace repaired. Use this company at your own risk!
I needed my boiler looked at on a Saturday after I woke up to no heat. Dan came out, found the problem and had it repaired that day. Great service!

I first contacted Dan several years ago after another HVAC tech didn't show and didn't return calls. Dan has always did his best to show on time. He recently replaced my furnace and A/C due to a Freon leak which wasn't worth fixing because of the system's age. He and his brother did the install and were very deliberate and not in a rush. They were more concerned with doing a good job, but despite that completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. Everything looks great and works great. I doubt the big-names would give this level of service.
Very informative. Was honest and explained that my AC system wasn't that old and could possibly be repaired. Very professional and prompt. I am very happy with the repair!
Our air conditioning broke down Memorial Day weekend in the 90 degree temps. I contacted Yours by Design Heating and Cooling Saturday night about 10:30 PM. Daniel responded immediately and was at our home Sunday morning to rescue us! I've used their services for more than 20 years! It'a an awesome company and one i'm proud to do business with. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling work!
Experts at their field. I am totally happy with their service and response time. Had an issue with Arzel zone system and Dan replaced faulty damper. Would recommend them to anyone.

Garage heater stopped working at one of my rental properties. I found Dan's info by doing a google search. I called him, and he was able to come out the next day. He was thorough and honest, and found only a broken wire causing the shutdown. Since I was not there, it would have been easy for anyone else to sell me a much more expensive, unneeded repair. I have had more than 1 great experience with YBD. They have installed my furnace, A/C, water heater and humidifer on my furnace, they are always professional and on time and all at a reasonable price. If there is a complex problem, they will figure it out and get it fixed.
Great to work with. Dan took a look at an AC system damaged by Hail and was instrumental in providing the insurance company with the information they needed for full replacement. New system was installed in a day and works like a charm. Will definitely work with him again.
I called Dan today for quick AC tune up to be scheduled; little did I know he would work me in this afternoon. He worked around my schedule and helped me get my AC in tip top shape. Not only that, but YBDHC took the time to educate me on my unit and preventative maintenance. I definitely recommend YBDHC to anyone looking for a heating & cooling contractor.
I had Daniel with Yours By Design Heating & Cooling (YBDHC) out to my rental townhouse in Maple Grove. I called Friday night (after hours), and he was able to come on Monday morning. $125 fixed the fireplace. He did great work and was very friendly.
