I attempted to install a new thermostat myself and realized I needed help when my AC wouldn’t turn on. I called Elements Heating and Cooling who was able to quickly set up an appointment and install my thermostat and replace a fuse all at a fair price. Thank you!

My furnace died at night during a brutal cold snap and Ladon at Elements was here within 20 minutes! I’d called a bunch of different places that offered emergency service, but no one seemed to think my situation was dire enough to come out at night in single digit temps. If I’d called Centerpoint I would’ve paid A LOT for after-hours service and had to endure a hard-sell for a new furnace. LaDon was here, in and out in a flash, and extremely professional. From the moment I dialed his number until he drove off it was under an hour. Service with a smile at a fair price! How refreshing. Thank you LaDon!
