We never worked with Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning company before so when we needed a furnace we asked around. We called for an appointment and was very satisfied with the quote we received from them. We already had 2 others. The install went smoothly and the staff was very nice.
This is a reliable company you can count on! They are extremely responsive and get it right every time. They took time to clean up before they left. Initially there was a small water leak from the furnace drainage tubing but they came back the same afternoon to have the problem fixed. Overall I am very satisfied with the work done by the installation team.
The technician that came to fix my A/C is excellent. The A/C had the same simple problem for the second time and he not only fixed quick;y the problem but also taught me how to fix myself so it wont happen again.
