Excellent service from the initial inspection and estimate for replacement to the final installation and clean up. William was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took the time to pass on his expertise and explained my options in detail. The final cost was lower than competitors who offered so called discounts. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family needing any a/c service.
I was very satisfied with our installation and your technicians. Westlake Heating & Air Service were very nice and helpful in explaining the new system. I was also very happy to get experienced and knowledgeable installers. It was great that he was able to fit us in so quickly.
I called Westlake yesterday around 10:40 am for furnace repair because of the nice review on Google. They talked me into signing up the membership and promised to send someone over between 11 and 2 PM. When 2 PM came, Nobody showed up. I called the office to ask for an update, they had the technician named Freddy call me. Freddy told me that they’re short staffed so he got two more jobs before me and he will not be there until 5 PM. I said if you’re not gonna be able to come today, let me know so I can call other people. Otherwise if you don’t show up at 5 I’ll have to pay overtime when I call other companies. He promised that he can make it. I texted Freddy at five to ask for an update, he said he still had another job and he would head over right after he finish. I texted him again at six, he said he’s “finishing up the paperwork” and coming my way. Then I heard nothing and waited in the cold for another hour. I text him again for an update, he said he’s “getting ready to leave” at 7:15 pm. I was shocked because I expected him to be on the road an hour ago. I called the office multiple times and the scheduler couldn’t reach the guy until after 8. By that point, I was so fed up I decided to call Krinkie’s who arrived within 40 minutes. After “getting ready to come over” for an hour, Freddy finally called me back and told me that he will be able to make it around 8:20 pm. This company is a nightmare, I will never work with them again!
William showed up and serviced our heat pump and air handler in in one day.It was very hot in our attic and he had to be up there for hours. Very professional and helpful. We were very impressed with the entire experience. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I was very glad I chose Westlake Heating & Air Service!! Their technician, Sean was extremely knowledgeable and competent. He did a thorough service of our unit and avoided possible explosion or carbon monoxide poisoning. I will be using them and refer more clients to them. Thumbs up!!

Since I have lots of questions, he showed me pictures, explained things thoroughly and was very helpful in my understanding of what was going on with my air conditioning system. Had AC unit installed by Westlake Heating & Air Service. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They arrived on time and were pleasant as they were advising me of what all was going to be done. The work they did was better than I was expecting and they cleaned up after they were done leaving no mess.

They have always serviced & repaired our furnace & A/C unit in a timely fashion and given us all options related to repair.Will highly recommend them.
Everything was easy. I knew I needed a new water heater and Westlake Heating & Air Service repairman showed me why I did. Within a week I had a new one. They answered my questions, showed me some parts I needed to know about. So far, all is working well. I will call them again when needed!
The specialist was very diplomatic. He arrived on time. He addressed our concerns with the thermostat and closely clarified how to set the schedule. He serviced the furnace and provided guidance on what we needed to do to maintain it.Very satisfied with the service. Thank you!!
