What a fantastic opportunity! Two years ago, we had Kevin install a new water heater in our house. It has been functioning well without a hitch. I just wanted to get it looked out to make sure it was being properly maintained and to catch any problems early on. My wife and I have also been hearing some dripping sounds in three different parts of the house, which has caused some concern. I gave Kevin's office a ring and got an appointment within a week. I appreciated the text message that let me know the appointment had been set. Kevin also texted me that day to let me know he was on his way. I appreciate the regular updates that keep me in the loop. Kevin arrived promptly. Being polite and competent best describes him. I told him about all the possible leaks we were experiencing, and he immediately offered me his expert judgment on each of them. Kevin has obviously been working in this field for quite some time, since he is quite knowledgeable and provides incredibly specific descriptions of everything. Within that time frame, he had serviced the water heater. I'm the type who wants to get to the bottom of things by asking a lot of questions. He was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating; I won't go anyplace else. I'm relieved to know that a reliable professional is taking care of my water heater, and the whole process was satisfactory.a As of the 22nd of December, we were having a lot of trouble with the weak water pressure in our shower and one of our faucets. I was worried that it was a clogged pipe that would cost a lot to fix. We decided to schedule a meeting. Within seconds of his arrival, Charly had determined that the problem was not a clogged pipe but rather worn-out filters. He showed me the old filters he had to repair and how they had broken down over time, preventing water from passing through. This group did not have an easy or simple job, but they handled it with incredible kindness and patience. Kevin and Charly were willing to put in four hours a day, every day, to inspect and fix the work of a competing firm. After adjusting the water pressure in my boiler, I had to bleed the radiators in every room. Kevin and Charly did a fantastic job and handled everything with professionalism. Definitely going to be recommending them to my friends and family!

The two men who came were quite nice, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing so that I could follow along. The estimate was higher than average, but the work was well worth the investment. Minneapolis Plumbers & Drain Clean Co has my highest recommendation.
I really can't give these folks enough praise. My mother has dementia, and her home has only one toilet. Her toilet overflowed, and the distance to her septic tank seems absurd. She flushes a lot of paper products like wipes and paper towels by accident. I called Minneapolis Plumbers & Drain Clean to unclog the entire system when it was overwhelmed. Again, three days later, there was a backup. They would charge me more to return, so I contacted Kevin for immediate assistance. Charly returned my call within the hour, was extremely sympathetic, and had a repairman at my house within an hour and a half. Kevin and Charly were fantastic; they were meticulous in their clearing, respectful of my property, and easy to communicate with. Minneapolis Plumbers & Drain Clean is Highly suggested. Kevin and his staff are prompt and reliable. When I called them, they came out very away to fix the leaks, and they did an excellent job. Definitely suggest!
In a word, these fellas rock. I had a problem on a Sunday and called, assuming I'd get a voicemail, but instead, Charly answered the phone. Someone got me out the next day, and they said I could come in as a float the day after that if I wanted (which means they were completely booked but would take me if they could). Extremely competent, friendly, and quick to resolve my sewer problems. And Kevin, although skilled and approachable, makes a living by taking advantage of his customers. Many thanks, Kevin.
When my usual plumber was unavailable, Kevin made time for me. During a cold spell, we had to turn off the heat because of a pipe leak. Both Charly and Kevin the technicians who came to my house, worked quickly and efficiently. They promised to arrive at 8:30 a.m. and did so precisely. They got right to work, and they were terrific about breaking down the problem and outlining long-term fixes. My loved ones here can't thank them enough.
The plumbing work was completed superbly by them. Kelvin, Charly's assistant, and Abel himself were meticulous. Charley has excellent communication skills and an expertly professional demeanor. We appreciated that the repair was completed on a Saturday and were therefore very pleased.
There were two issues I was facing: janaury First: a plumbing issue with the kitchen sink. Charly provided outstanding service. She was helpful, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process of fixing my problems. The toilet was constantly running and needed new parts on March 2nd. In all my years of using the plumbing services, they has been the most competent and reliable. They guarantee their work, are punctual, and have a great attitude. On our most recent call, both Charley were present, and they were both a pleasure to work with.
After getting us started, Kelvin handed off the task of replacing the pipes and waste line in our 60-year-old home. He was very helpful in answering my questions and updating me on the progress. He and Charley both showed up on time every day and saw to it that we had running water and sewer by nightfall. Because the crawl space is inconveniently located in a bedroom closet, they went as far as laying down floor coverings and installing a special zippered tarp above it. One of my top picks!
When I called them, they came out right away to check out why our water heater was making popping noises and turning off. They sent their best people because this was such an unusual failure. Charley was very thorough in dismantling the mechanism, checking it, and reassembling it correctly. Kelvin also did a great job when he took out the rod and put the new one in. They carried themselves in a businesslike and friendly manner.
The professional Charley. He diagnosed the problems and provided a quote for the necessary parts and labor to fix them. As he began preparing the area to replace components, he noticed that the water valves had been shut off. He only billed me for his travel time. Totally trustworthy and forthright. In order to clear the clog in our kitchen sink, we called him over here today. When he first arrived, he was polite and friendly, and he even got along well with our unhouse dog. I had to call Minneapolis Plumbing today to fix a leak in the P-trap and drain pipe beneath the washing machine.Freddy and Ernie, the technicians, reviewed the issue and informed me of the scope and cost of the repair. They were very patient with my many questions and provided answers to my satisfaction. The work that Freddy and Ernie did met with my approval. They did a great job, were pleasant to work with, and finished quickly.
When I called, they were very helpful; when I explained that our problems weren't urgent, they still sent someone out quickly (within a day or two, at most) to look at it.
