I just finished a major remodel on a 100 year old house. The furnace had to be replaced and had no AC. Standard was a star from the first estimate with Cody, contacts with office staff and then an excellent installment with Jeff. Both Cody and Jeff answered all my questions with details I could understand. The installation was done with no problems. I did get other estimates but Standard came in with a reasonable bid with no extra costs; that another company added.
I'm very happy with the AC checkup done by Casey today. She checked the unit and gave me a full report on how it was performing. She also showed me some tips on operating our Nest thermostat. I recommend Standard Heating & Air Conditioning.
Always great service with these folks. They just hire good people who are competent techs. Always helpful, on time, answer my questions and go above and beyond.
Standard Heating again for the win! We have used Standard for all our HVAC needs -- a furnace, some random duct work, and now a new AC. We have opted for the maintenance plan, which has ended up saving us $$$. They are always prompt, friendly, informative, professional. Super competent staff -- from customer service/scheduling to sales to install and delivery team. Bonus that they are nice to my (sometimes annoying) dog AND bonus that it's a woman-owned company.
Sam called and arrived on time. He was very professional and extremely nice to talk to since I had a lot of concerns about my 21 year old AC and 12 year old furnace that is rusting out. Discussed the class action for the furnace and set up a sales appointment later in the month to replace both in September. I have been with Standard Heating for 30+ years. Customer service has always been amazing. Thanks for another excellent service call.
Tovah was the point person for a furnace and air conditioner replacement. It was a three person team. Everything was professional. They arrived on time and completed the entire job early. I'm very happy with Standard Heating and would recommend them to my friends.
Wonderful service and the kindest employees! From scheduling the service to the appointment itself, I was impressed with their service all around. Our AC went out mid summer and we were able to get a technician out the very next day. Seth was incredibly kind and informative. He took the time to explain everything, answer any and all questions I had and even took time to say hi to the dogs at the end :) We will definitely be repeat customers the next time we have an issue! Highly recommended!!

When our air conditioning went out I called Standard. A serviceman came out and diagnosed the problem. The system needed replacing. A salesman came out and gave a detailed estimate. He knew my financial status and gave me every available discount. The installer came and did an excellent job overcoming a few challenges. I couldn't be happier with the service, equipment and price.
Jude did a great job. He arrived when he said he would and worked nonstop until the job was done. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. He was very careful in and outside our house. He put down rugs and runners on the floor and stairs. He cleaned up all work areas. So far the new air conditioner is working great. It is so much quieter than our old unit. We are very pleased.
My AC broke over the holiday weekend. I was able to call Standard Heating and they were able to squeeze me in first thing Monday. Chris, my technician was professional and prompt. He repaired the unit and made sure to test it was working properly before wrapping up. Super happy with their service.
My central A/C stopped working last night at the start of a hot July 4th weekend. I called Standard this morning and spoke with Dante. He was very personable and asked some good questions and I was lucky they were able to have Chad come look at my situation the same day. Even though my A/C is likely on its last legs (more than 20 years old) Chad was able to replace some parts, show me some things that were cutting down on the efficiency of the unit and got the old thing running again. Phew! Chad was very professional but also very friendly and willing to talk me through the multiple things that were causing my A/C problems. It turns out years of leaves stuck inside the outdoor unit are not helpful... He answered all of my questions with patience and good humor. I thought the service visit was going to cost a fortune but it was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Chad, Dante and Standard today.
We used Standard Heating and AC for a new AC unit. From beginning to end we received honest, conscientious and quality sales and workmanship. Jude and Neil worked tirelessly and the results were fantastic. I would definitely recommend Standard for all your furnace and AC needs.

We have always been impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the Standard Heating and Air technicians. Recently, Brian came to clean our air conditioning unit. He did a great job and was very friendly. He offered some suggestions of things we could do to improve the functionality of the unit. He answered our questions but didn’t pressure us. I highly recommend Standard.
We contacted Standard after our furnace began dying. We were coming up on a remodel of our basement, and we figured it made a lot of sense to do the two at the same time, hopefully being able to capitalize on the more open work area. I will say that the sales and coordination process needed a lot of work. We had a plan in place, and there was some back and forth on our end, which we own. But once things were set, we put our salesman in touch with our contractor, and things stalled from there. There was some initial coordination, but then our contractor was unable to get a response from the salesman. My wife texted, she got a response initially saying that the salesman would follow up with the contractor, which never happened. Her next text was then ignored. Finally, I sent a more sternly worded text, and that got things in motion. Installation was set for 2 days later. Unfortunately the complications didn't end there. When the installers showed up, they had been given next to no information about the project, they were simply told that the unit would need to be rotated, they were told what new items needed to be installed, and they were provided with pictures of the installation area from before construction began. The salesman had been out to the house at the time of the initial contact with the contractor when walls had already been taken down and new walls put up, and he either didn't take updated photos, or he didn't share them with the installation team. They did not have the necessary fittings for the job, and some scrambling was needed to get a hold of them. My complaints end there. Once things were in the hands of the installation team, things went great. Team members coordinated handing off of parts to make sure the team had what they needed to get the job done, extra installers in the area came by to assist with the job that was much bigger than advertised by the salesman, and the team stayed longer than they had initially projected to make
Both the sales and installation experience were friendly and efficient. Rick, our salesperson, was very informative and explained all the options we could look at. He also asked us about how we use our current system so he had better information to make a recommendation. Cody our installer was also informative about our new system and spent time showing us what maintenance we needed to be aware of. All in Al a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Our AC died on one of our 90F+ nights. I called the next morning and by the afternoon Standard Heating had it fixed. Plus the 10 yr parts and labor warranty meant our invoice was $0.00. Gotta love it!
