HVAC Technician Dustin was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know in advance of starting the work what was going to be done outside and inside. After completing the work Dustin gave me a status overview of my HVAC equipment and the operational statistics. Very thorough. Stafford completed other work inside and outside my home and have always been professional, thorough and cost effective.
A/C air handler was leaking water into an upstairs bedroom ceiling . First appointment I could get was in 2 weeks but an opening came up a day later and the crew came right out. They determined the cause and quickly fixed the broken pipe. So happy to have it fixed!

Stanford designed and installed my furnace and heat pump/A/C 13 years ago. Since then they have kept my system running well! Recently, on one of the hotter days, the message ‘system malfunction - call Stafford’ appeared on my thermostat. When I called, the receptionist arranged a fix time next to my scheduled A/C maintenance and referred me to Jason for more Info. Jason helped me with advice and recommended Dusty to check the system out. When Dusty arrived, he quickly analyzed the system, replaced a failed part, and started the A/C up!! Thanks to the excellent team effort my problem was fixed and I am enjoying nice cool air again!!
Had a Mitsubishi mini split system installed by Stafford and we are extremely pleased with the results. We received multiple quotes and Stafford was the only one that really understood our needs and came up with the best plan for our home. Their team was courteous and efficient. I have been recommending them to our neighbors & will definitely call them again for future projects.
Breaker Panel Replacement. Thoughtful communication prior to appointment — Tony and Sam were on time, professional, courteous and skilled. They went above and beyond in pulling out all the old, dead wiring surrounding the panel space. Well done.
Our tech, Seath, was great. He showed up early, was very professional, and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. He was happy to show me where the problem with our condensate line was so that I could keep it from recurring in the future.

Dave, Morgan, and Matthew were awesome!! I had an electrical fire in one of the outlets on my back porch, and other issues that led to no power going to my garage or my dryer in the basement. Dave was like a detective, and determined the causes of the problems, and he and Morgan and Matthew replaced and repaired everything in record time! I would highly recommend Stafford Home Services to everyone I know!
Great job installing 4 head ductless heat pumps (ac) on 1920 Minneapolis stucco house. Very happy with the quality of the work and time it took (2 days). Looking forward to a cool house and more efficient heating in winter.
The technicians installed a new bathroom fan overcoming several challenges. They connected the fan to the roof vent. All work was done with care. They were friendly and informative and cleaned up when they were done. I’m very satisfied with their work.
I give Stafford the highest marks for being thorough, responsive, listening to customers and not charging an arm and a leg for their work. Today a tech was here to check my AC system before it gets hot. Two years ago they did an AC replacement in July that involved long days in a boiling attic. The cost was much less than other estimates I'd received. I trust this company with my heating, cooling and electrical needs. They are honest and never try to sell you something you don't need.
We have used Stafford for years and they have always been timely in showing up, even when squeezing us in at the last minute due to a failure. and very open about what they are doing and can do. Today, Sean was prompt and very clear about what he was seeing as the problem. He was extremely polite and considerate. There were three systems involved and he tested all of them thoroughly before left. Stafford came back to check on an issue we were experiencing with the new installation. They found an opening and rescheduled to the same day. They were amazing; fun, thorough and thoughtful in checking it out.
