We had some problems with our heating system and someone came the same day to help us fix it quickly. They serviced our HVAC while they were away as we needed them for that as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Good customer service and fair prices. Thanks!
I called on Monday for a scheduled appointment on Tuesday. Told the would be here between 4 and 7. No show. I had to call then had it rescheduled for the next day. Just got a call and was told 2 weeks. I paid for premium subscription that's supposed to put me in front of the line. Do not believe what they say. Not professional and wasted my time! Still without a working fridge.
Johnny is an amazing and excellent technician. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explains what to expect during the maintenance service. He is highly skilled and and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Strongly recommend!
Johny was very knowledgeable, and did a meticulous job repairing my old furnace. He was well informed about his work and the furnace was up and running in less than one hour. I would highly recommend him and Shelton Refrigeration & Heating and Air and will hire them again.
