I highly recommend Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning for an efficient and economical way to heat and cool your home. Matt W. arrived and deep cleaned our wall units in order to work more efficiently plus blow the cleanest of air! He was knowledgeable, explained about its maintenance and function, was friendly and made sure all his work areas were spotless before he finished. We could not be more pleased! Our next-day appointment was an absolute godsend and the communication from start to finish was very much appreciated. A++!
On Monday, June 12, I had a new Heating and Cooling System install in my home. The Installers, Eli and Chris were very kind and considerate, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They made the installation look easy and I'd like to add that they are both a credit to their profession. Meeting with AJ was also a wonderful experience. After reviewing my needs, we sat and discussed the options he presented. I was very impressed by his knowledge and understanding of his product and again, his professionalism. Thank you AJ, Eli and Chris for a great experience. I would recommend Pronto to anyone in a heartbeat!
Great customer service. I asked my technician if I could watch him so I could learn about the problem and so on. This was very helpful as a new home owner! He was super kind and explained everything.
I rarely take the time to fill out a review like this, but the team at Pronto made it impossible for me not to do so. I say team because even though Kevin Wheelock, the lead technician and Mike Rogers the sales guy are the people I really met, I know that you can’t deliver this level of service without a whole team that is focused on excellent customer experience. Before deciding to eventually replace our entire system, heat and AC, we had the system serviced, and had several interactions with customer support. Every time, I spoke with friendly, knowledgeable people who really helped me figure out what needed to be done. Even on the hottest days when systems were probably crashing left and right, they were able to come out right away, usually the next day. The installation was just flawless. They added some new ductwork transition pieces and everything is tight, square, plumb and level. All connecting lines are the right length, well supported. It’s great to see exceptional craftsmanship like this. I’m always leary of sales staff, like it or not, they get a bad rap sometimes. Not so with Mike, he was so knowledgeable about HVAC systems and had a great way to present the options. We immediately understood the options making our decision a no brainer. Thanks to the whole Pronto team for making us such happy customers.
Excellent job by all involved. Went over plans before the project and they were followed. Moved things where necessary and moved them back. Great cleanup too.
I purchased a furnace and AC from them in the past. But today we had one installed for my parents. They were able to expedite quickly during this heat for my terminally ill father. Additionally they were thousands cheaper than 3 other places! Thank you for improving our quality of life!

Jeremy to the rescue! My parents AC units was out and needed a part in order to repair. Our tech Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty. He was prompt, responsive, solution oriented, and informative. He was back within less than 24 hours and had the unit running like new. 5 star service and customer care!

The whole experience with pronto ac has been great. They were able to get out to us within 24 hours. Great options presented, once it was clear we were replacing our air conditioner. An amazing crew came out and had the whole installation done in less than three hours. Jessie, Andre and Noah.. you rock!
