Simply the best in every aspect of service is best way to describe. Power Refrigeration & Heating repair person was a good communicator and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Communications throughout were perfect and timely.

James listened to my needs and gave me comprehensive and easy to understand estimates. No pressure to decide. The day of installation he came out to see how the install was moving along. He was very responsive when I had a question about the rebate and two months after the installation he called to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Very nice person who’s easy to deal with. This was an amazing encounter and Jeff was absolutely spectacular. I told him what I thought the problem was and he made sure to check every possible issue that it could be which was definitely necessary. He asked about my availability and made sure to speed up his assessment when I told him I needed to get back to work. Already signed up for a service plan because I KNOW I will continue to use Power Refrigeration & Heating AC for my new home.
Incredibly helpful people at Power Refrigeration! Actually helped me fix my own boiler by calling me on my mobile phone and advising me through diagnosing the problem. Highly recommend them, fantastic people. Good prices and excellent delivery service. I won't go anywhere else for spares ever again.
Didn't show up during 3 scheduled times, then a tech showed up at our facility unannounced and didn't have the right information on his work order. I tried to reschedule and they wanted to charge $350 to have someone come out to see what was happening. Don't waste your time!
I recently had my first annual service call with Power Refrigeration & Heating AC . They sent out their amazing technician Eric, who was very nice, professional, and informative. He reviewed the services done and the recommended services. He attended to all my questions diligently and will absolutely recommend him higher!

Had a recurring problem with our furnace not starting when prior tests showed everything was working normal. When technician came to our home in the evening, he fortunately had some experience with our type of unit and was able to diagnose the problem correctly. He replaced the failing part and now our furnace is working as good as new again. Tech was very professional and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.

We were totally impressed with this company. Very thorough and professional. Guy in the office was extremely helpful, especially dealing with my brother and me to get my mother her AC unit. We asked numerous questions and always got a prompt answer. The install went smoothly, my mother was very pleased.
