When it comes to AC repair near me, this company offers a wide range of services to keep your unit running smoothly all year long. We have been a customer of Newton Heating and Cooling for many years and have always been very pleased with the service. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. If you want a company that is honest and professional you need to give them a call.
Spoke to them on the Phone today along with many places seeking a quote. I was unable to take the call back at his suggested time, he then became very rude. When the front desk is rude there is two concerns, the company is run that way and everyone should steer clear. OR, the owner of that company needs to find out he is loosing potential jobs and the opportunity to quote me for four furnace change outs. OUCH!
I just wanted to say thank you for the AC service. We were having trouble with our existing AC unit. It was not cooling very well and it was leaking water. I called a few companies and tried to get someone out quickly, but no one could make it out for a couple days. This company said they could be out in an hour and they were! They came out in their work clothes and immediately started working on our air conditioner. They did not waste anytime and had us up and

I was quite happy with the supplier. Martin did a great job of explaining everything, and I received his advice. Josh arrived to perform the cleaning and quickly became fantastic. Very comprehensive; provided professional responses to all of my inquiries. I've already recommended them to various family members.
Paul and Ray were very thorough, very polite and courteous. They worked well together and made sure to clean up after they finished. They thanked me for my business and also told me how my system works and if I needed them to come back to be sure to call. The unit runs smoothly.
Mc Donald always does a great job and takes the time to explain the work done in a way that we understand. He is always able to answer any questions we might have.
Paul and Nick who came to my home were very friendly and professional! They were also great with my large dog and had no issue with him hanging out while they worked. Regardless, I would still recommend Newton Heating and Cooling and continue to use them for my AC needs!
This is a sketchy company. I don’t know what exactly is up but they will never give you straight answers and they are going on 3 hours late to my service call. It was nice because they had appointment windows when others didn’t but seriously unless it’s an emergency don’t use this company.
They rescheduled three times. By the third reschedule, I had to cancel as I have zero confidence in anything they say (it was a new excuse each time and a similar "we promise to be there this time" for each appointment). Do not trust this company. As far as I can tell, it seems like they oversell the Premium Home Services package and then cannot actually do the service. Regardless, this company is a scam.
This place is such a scam. I called to schedule service based on their stellar Google Reviews. I was sold a Premium Home Services membership which was supposed to save me the service call cost and 10% off parts and labor. Ok, no problem. I was very clear with the person I talked to that this needed to be scheduled this week because temps are dipping below freezing. He said someone would call me next day to schedule and assured me I could schedule same day or the next. When I didn't hear anything two days later, I called back and the person I spoke with said she'd put a note into the manager who then never called me back. I called Premium Home Services to cancel when they said no one would be able to come for two weeks and now I've wasted three days scheduling and it's going to be freezing temps with no heat. Unbelievable. I have no idea how they received such glowing reviews on here if I can't even schedule service three days after my original contact and after two phone conversations with their customer service.
I had a great experience with Newton Heating and Cooling. I needed the furnace inspected on a home I was in the middle of purchasing. The person I talked to over the phone was professional and direct. Made for a quick and easy set up, as well as a very fair price! The next day Raphael went and checked out the furnace, he called to let me know what time he would be there, and then again when the inspection had ended to let me know his findings. He had inspected it, cleaned out all the vents and ducts as well as put on a new filter. He was thorough, patient with all the questions I had, and offered advice on how to move forward to make the furnace last. Excellent company. Support this wonderful Lake Street business.

I recently had Newton Heating and Cooling service my furnace and drain my hot water tank. The serviceman was very professional and competent. He narrated all the process thoroughly. He made sure everything was as he found it and only left after ensuring that we were satisfied. I highly recommend!
We just had Newton Heating and Cooling service professional here for a 6 month check up and he did an outstanding job of identifying needs for our furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. Then took care of the issues by cleaning and freshening up each of the units. He kept us very informed and we are extremely pleased with the service.
