Justin came out to assist with an hvac issue where my whole system was wobbling and pounding. Really unsettling. Justin made time for me quickly and when he was running a little late he texted me right away. He was courteous and efficient, effectively remediating the issue pretty quick and patiently answering my many questions. My home warranty company had difficulty finding a service provider to take the job. Thankfully Kyrios took it on and I’m so glad they did. It was the first time I’ve been matched with a great service provider through said warranty service. Should I ever need anyone in the future I’ll definitely ask for him! Highly recommended.
I used this company to check on my radiators as I had some heating issues in different areas of the house. The service provider was on time, friendly, asked the right questions and jumped right into the service. He was quick, efficient and within 30 minutes or so he had the radiators in the back rooms pumping out heat to match our front. I can't speak to value as it was a $400 charge which felt fair and worth it to me, but am assuming you could get this service for slightly less through some home club programs etc. However, I would highly recommend them.
Justin, who I think is the owner but not sure, came out to look at a zone valve on my boiler furnace. He worked on the wiring for awhile and said he’d have to order the replacement zone valve and we scheduled another appt for him to come back the next Friday. He never showed up. When I texted him, he responded that he’d been held up with a customer who had a leaky pipe. He has since totally ghosted me. He won’t respond to repeated attempts to reschedule. That was weeks ago. Really unprofessional to not even bother to tell me if he didn’t want to or couldn’t finish the project. He had good reviews but I’d steer clear. Very weird.
5/5, Great experience with Kyrios Heating. Called in the evening, diagnosed the issue over the phone, and fixed our problem the next morning after quickly sourcing a part locally. Very fair pricing to boot. I will gladly be using Kyrios Heating again should we have issues.
Justin at Kyrios absolutely saved us today. He came VERY last minute (was at our house about an hour after I reached out) after our A/C unexpectedly went out. He was extremely friendly and professional, clearly had a wide knowledge of everything HVAC, and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Justin, and will definitely be contacting him in the future should anything else arise. 10/10!

I have an old house with an old boiler heating system that wasn't heating up well. Justin responded quickly when I reached out after 9:00 p.m. one night and was out to my place the next day. He replaced the thermostat and checked out the boiler / system, and now we're cooking! Thank you, Justin and Kyrios Heating & Air

Justin went above and beyond when installing our gas line. First of all, he came out and actually looked at our set up before quoting us unlike other companies. Secondly, he did more than we initially asked him for. He really took his time figuring out the best set up and fixed things that a flip company previously did incorrectly. His prices are beyond reasonable to the point that we paid much more than quoted because his time and meticulousness are worth more than he knows. We were so happy we've asked him to do another project.
Kyrios did a great job! My Lennox motor blower was failing after 7 years, and it was under a 10-year warranty. After making a few calls, the price quotes for labor/installation on this part were all over the place, but mostly excessive based on my research. I reached out to Justin at Kyrios and I'm really glad I did! I received a response within minutes. We spoke on the phone and he asked a few questions, and fully understood the issue, and he was able to schedule the repair just a few days later. He even handled the Lennox warranty paperwork AND picked up the replacement part as well! The cost was very reasonable and fair too. No surprises. He was transparent prior to the work being done, which I really appreciate. Justin was very professional and courteous. It is great to know there are honest, hard-working HVAC professionals out there and we are extremely happy with the service and overall experience. Everything is working great again 😊 I will certainly work with Kyrios Heating & Air again, and highly recommend to friends and everyone I know.
