Marc was excellent. Very polite and professional. Explained what was wrong and the cost and fixed it. Had another call for a separate issue today and again the tech, Kyle, was great. It was a thorough visit, explained well and a fair price.
Marc and his team are just fabulous to work with. He is honest and reliable, and his pricing is fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend it, and really, Empire Heating & Air Conditioning is the only company I would even consider using for all my HVAC needs.

This company is the best! I've used them for years and they are always so nice and helpful. They always take the time to explain things so I can understand it, which is really important to me because I'm not a technical person at all. Their prices are fair and they have great customer service.
Dan from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning showed up right on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue and repair it. He goes the whole nine yards by checking previous visit notes and making himself aware of past issues and possible problems. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning is awesome and will hire again and again.
Showed up less than 3 hours after I called. Fixed my A/C quickly. Only problem was...they charged me $525.00 to replace a capacitor. I wouldn't have complained if it was $400 or so. They told me on the phone it would be $300 to show up. I was okay with that. But then the repair man charged me another $225 for the capacitor. This was on top of the $300 diagnostic charge. Way overpriced for a 10 minute repair.
Empire Heating & Air Conditioning came out and did a full clean out of our ducts and performed routine furnace maintenance. We were very impressed with the knowledge and honesty of the techs. Our house is way warmer now and we know more about how to keep on top of our HVAC needs. We’ll be using them again in the future.

I first called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning during a sub-zero storm where my heat stopped working. They were onsite in my emergency situation within one hour and had things running again promptly. Their technician was trustworthy and I immediately felt comfortable with him in my home. I had such a great experience, they were top of mind for my air conditioning project for the summer heat. Just like before, their technicians took great care of my property and helped me feel comfortable with strangers working on my home. Thanks
My ac unit was broken and called them to install my new unit but I was getting charged for a price which just stopping by and haven't gone inspected my old unit. Wow...what a service for misunderstanding for service fee?
Excellent service from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning! The staff who answered my call was courteous and was able to fit me in for the same day appointment. The technician came later that afternoon to repair my heating unit and got it up and running in 30 mins. He was very professional, timely and answered all of my questions. Top notch!!
Empire Heating & Air Conditioning are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. They treat the customer with respect and appreciation, and want to do the best job possible. Our guy today has been to our home at least 4 times, and he is always tremendous. Very dedicated. Great young man. I cannot see us ever changing from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning.
They were efficient and pleasant, answered the questions I had and went about their business. They were straight forward in the explanations of what they were doing and the reason for it along with what we might expect in the coming year's inspection. They were in and out of the house several times and always put the shoe protectors on before entering. They were professional and pleasant.
The technicians did a fantastic job tuning up our furnace ready for the winter season. They detected a few trouble spots that they fixed up immediately and explained some troubleshooting tips that will be very helpful for the future. We cannot hesitate to recommend them more.
Easy appointment set up and right on time. I had a whole home humidifier installed on my furnace and it was not the simplest location. The technician did an excellent job and got it installed despite this. Quality work, fair price, timely and professional. I'm very satisfied and will call in the future if the need arises.
Fred was excellent, very detail oriented and scrupulous. Will request him again went through all 3 units. He spent time clarify what he did and his suggestions in a simple, professional and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning!!

I called for service mid-morning and a really nice service tech was at my house before my scheduled time the same day. He had my furnace problem identified and fixed and within about 10 minutes I had heat! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service call. Spectacular service!!
I required a new furnace, and after a careful and detailed research, I chose Empire Heating & Air Conditioning. I was impressed with the product knowledge of my Salesperson. The installation team was made up of true professionals who installed the furnace perfectly and in a timely manner. They answered all my questions, and made me feel like I had made the right decision in choosing Empire Heating & Air Conditioning!
