It’s been an hour since Bryan said he was few blocks away. Now, for no reason, he is ghosting me. As someone with a dog and a life, giving someone a 6-7pm timeframe is fine as long as you show up. I called Bryan at 6:45pm hoping he was still on his way, and offered parking. He answered, confirmed the address which I made the referring party repeat out load. My iMessages are delivered. Yet no response. No show. Complete waste of time without any communication coming from Bryan beyond answering a new number. Must reschedule with an actual professional.

I would recommend Bryan’s if you need a heater repaired or installed. They came and got the heat 100 percent at our nonprofit “couldn’t be more happy”. They were also nice and super professional.
