They came to my apartment to repair gas leaks that the energy company found and shut off the meter. The energy company did not specify where the leaks were and Blue Ox/Paul Bunion were unable to find all the leaks. They missed two leaks as such, the gas lines still leaked. The gas company shut the meter off a second time. They scheduled an apointment from 2 to 6 pm and I took off work to be here. They then refused to come back and fix their mistakes, but did not inform us until 5pm. Their official statement was that they are no longer doing apartments. Their work is highly unprofessional. To have 2 leaks after signing off that the gas is in fact safe is unacceptable. I would highly avoid having this company for any gas repair as they seem not qualified to adequately address gas leaks based upon service rendered.
Signing up for the Legendary service was the best thing I could have done! My Technician Ed was professional, courteous & explained everything. I had maintenance done on my AC & Ed made sure everything was running as it should.
Dan explained everything he did and what I should do each season. He was friendly, professional and responsive to my questions. Dan even shortened a metal pipe so that my hard plastic Aprilaire cover fits perfectly. 😊

Have been using them for a few years now. Always friendly technicians and staff who you feel comfortable inviting to your home. They guide you through the required, recommended and not necessary and discuss various options based on needs.

Zac called and told me he would be at our address by 8:15 which was great and he actually showed up early, go forgive!!!

Technician helped me today in finding what the exact problem is . And not jumping into typical solution of replacement. He was thorough and fix everything issue on the same visit
Our aging A/C system was misbehaving, and 🤞 it works much better now. Zach Mix presented the options clearly; kept us informed of the plan for fixing and troubleshooting; and he showed respect for our time and money. Hopefully I won't need HVAC repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I'll happily work with Blue Ox again in the future.
Jack is the best! He took the time to show us how to connect with our new Honeywell thermostat online. We appreciate his patience and tutoring session for us to get connected. Very Friendly and helpful.

Zach was excellent. I will look forward to his service next year. He was on time, did excellent work, was great at explaining all steps, and greeted my dogs. He gets 11 on a 10 scale because he went above my expectations by greeting my dogs.
The technicians were kind and considerate of my home. They covered the floors and carefully proceeded around furniture as they installed my air conditioner and furnace. The technicians left my home as it was, clean and taken care of.
I had an AC tune up scheduled today. Tim (tech) was professional with all safety precautions during the service call. Post service call, he went over the report and shared options with no hard sell for service recommendations. Highly recommend
