Apex Heating & Cooling is simply amazing! I've used them to install 5 new HVAC systems and as a preferred service provider for routine maintenance and repairs at the various properties we own. What sets Mark apart from other companies is that he actually goes about the business of troubleshooting yes "troubleshooting" a problem and trying to "fix" it as opposed to just recommending you just purchase a new system as many vendors do by default. What's also great is that he is knowledgeable of all things HVAC (boilers, traditional & mini split, hot water, tankless, etc. systems). Great customer service, pricing, quality work, permitting and providing options within your budget.
My technician, Mark, just left my house, and he did a wonderful job. He gave my cooling system a thorough inspection and changed my filter. He was very nice, and I enjoyed meeting him. In fact, I want him to be my permanent technician.

We've had Apex Heating & Cooling do work on furnaces on a few occasions and have received excellent service every time. The technicians are professional, courteous, and always take the time to explain the work and to answer questions. We had a murky warranty issue recently with a poor quality part and they proactively addressed it in a very fair and helpful way. Highly recommended.
I recently hired Apex Heating & Cooling as I was having a problem with our air conditioner during a heat wave. You guys have an awesome technicians! The technician who served us was not just out at my house late at night fixing my septic pump and he did an amazing job! Very detail oriented, hard worker and so polite! Whatever your paying him give him a raise because this is the kind of guy you want sticking around ! Highly recommend your great services.
Both Techs that came to our house were well dressed, professional, friendly, and communicated the problems we had very well. They diagnosed everything quickly and showed me the burned out parts in my old humidifier. They rewired everything properly and installed the new humidifier unit. We're very happy with the friendly fast service. Will definitely use them again!
I had them come out for a routine furnace maintenance. The service was completed in a timely manner. Paid my bill on time. I've called them at least 6 times to try to get a paper or email receipt to proof service was completed. No response. I guess look else where if you need a paper trail to proof service was done.
We needed a after hours repair, Jimmy called an hour ahead to let us know he was on his was. Service was done professionally and Jimmy went out of his way to explain what the issues were and his plan to resolve. We will definitely be using Apex Heating & Cooling for all our needs!
We had a furnace and A/C put in today. We are impressed with the upfront sales and the accurate pricing and quote. The worker arrived on time and got the job done in the allotted time. Our house is warmer than ever. Apex Heating & Cooling even worked to get some benefits from a warranty on an older part in our unit that was able to reduce the cost even more. I would highly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling.
Fast and efficient service. Called Jimmy and he was there in less then an hour. Had my furnace repaired within half an hour. Seemed to take longer to invoice me for the job vs. the job itself. Great Service! Will use Apex Heating & Cooling again.

Jimmy was very professional and clearly explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to fix the problem with my air conditioner and ensure that the other parts were working well. I will call Apex Heating & Cooling next time I need assistance with my air conditioner or furnace.

They did an excellent job inspecting my HVAC unit and giving me information that will help my realtor sell our home quickly. They were able to get me onto their schedule in a timely manner, and their technician was very friendly and personable.
