I am very grateful to LaSalle for their prompt and efficient service. My AC unit stopped working during the recent string of 90+ degree days, and I was concerned about how long it would take to get it fixed. I called LaSalle after hours and they answered right away. They scheduled me for the next day and sent Max to diagnose the problem. He confirmed that my old AC unit was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He also arranged for the installation of a new unit the following day. James and Mike did a great job installing the new AC unit and making sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. I appreciate the quality of work and customer service that LaSalle provides. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating or cooling solutions. Thank you, LaSalle!
Trusted friend recommended them. He said they are a family owned and operated business that does excellent work for reasonable prices. He didn't lie! Charlie and Max were very straightforward with us and did not "milk us for money" on things we didn't need. They were very pleasant, professional, and did terrific work on our project. Would happily use them again and will be recommending them to others!
Max came to my house to repair my air conditioner and within the first few minutes diagnosed the problem and was repairing it. He topped off my freon and I was up and running in no time. Reasonable rate, great service I would highly recommend Lasalle Heating and Air Conditioning.
I can't say enough positives for this company! Our heat went out in the dead cold of winter and Max with LaSalle was our guy! He knew exactly what the issue was and didn't take advantage of our older unit by telling us we should replace the entire unit. Their company answers promptly and appointments are easy to obtain. The professionalism is remarkable and the work is stand up quality! We aren't from Minnesota, so finding folks we trust has been difficult. This is our heating/cooling company for our duration in the tundra! Thank you, Max!

I had a 37 year old furnace start having issues on Thursday..by Tuesday the next week I had a new furnace installed. Great workmanship and friendly. If you want a fair company I would recommend Laslle!!
LaSalle HVAC should be your first go to for any HVAC problem. I've used them in the past and have yet to have even a minor complaint. They are professionals in the truest sense of the word. They keep you updated on the status of your call, let you know service call fees up front and really know what they are doing. Had my heater go out on New Years day. Called them around 8:00 AM. By 1:30, the heater was fixed and Charlie went over it to make sure it was correct. Even fixed a few things, no charge. LaSalle should be your first and only call for any HVAC problem

Replaced a 19.5 year old furnace with a new Bryant high efficiency natural gas furnace and smart system thermostat. Added a new Lennox whole-house air purification system with the furnace. I also had a thermostatically controlled gas heater installed in our garage. Very pleased with Charlie and all three members of the installation crew. All very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
Our A/C died on us earlier this year in June when we had a stretch of high 90s days and we were pretty desperate to find a company to help us out. LaSalle was able to beat the competitor's pricing in the area and man did we luck out. Not only did Charlie come to our house the very next day to look at what we needed, we had our entire heating and cooling system replaced within the next 3 days! 5 months later, I am super happy with the Bryant system they installed - very quiet and efficient! On top of that, I couldn't be happier with the technicians/installers that came to our house. They were extremely professional, friendly, and I could tell that they took pride in their work. I am probably one of the pickiest customers there are, but the guys did everything just the way I imagined it and worked very cleanly and installed the system so it looks nice and neat! In sum, if your looking for a reliable team that knows what they're doing and delivers a quality product, LaSalle should definitely be on your radar!
During the heatwave (Week of June 7th) when no other company would and I bet I called over 20! They made time for me! My air conditioner died and it reached over 100 in the house. They made every effort to fix my air, even calling the manufacturer. It was not meant to be. They were able replace my air the same week and had a great finance option! The tech's were great!
I have been pleased with LaSalle since the very first time I needed their service about 6 years ago when my ac unit went out and it was during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Charlie came out and he worked so hard to get a new system put in and it wasn't easy because there were some complications that required a great deal of work. Nonetheless, he did it and we've been pleased ever since. However, this past weekend we had a scare and I thought my ac had froze up and maybe even quit. Called them on a Saturday and funny as it is, I ended up talking to Charlie again. He explained what he thought it might be and we decided to wait it out until Monday. Monday came and he was at my house and after it was all said and done, he reassured me there were no problems and due to some current house updates and all the debris my filter had clogged the airflow and it basically froze up. He then made sure everything was running smoothly and gave me guidance as how to care for my ac unit going forward. I can't thank LaSalle and Charlie enough. Great service and company!! I know that no matter what, I have comfort and care with LaSalle!!
Max was Great! Had us up and going in just a few minutes, replacing a capacitor that blew on a 9 year old AC unit. Gave our freon a quick test as well. We have had both our furnace and AC unit replace by LaSalle quite a few years ago and could not be happier. Great products and trustworthy staff.
We worked with Charlie, Miguel and Ben. They were all very courteous and professional. We appreciated how quickly they were able to help us when our furnace died during very cold weather. Between getting our problem diagnosed and a new furnace installed, it was about a 20 hour turn around. We greatly appreciated the courtesy space heaters to get us through the night. This company does it right!
We had used LaSalle in the past for a couple things, but this past weekend was great. Our furnace (20+ years old) was on its way out. With a baby, we need heat, so we had to pay for an emergency tech visit on Saturday. Charlie came within an hour, found the issue quickly, and gave us our options. We decided to go with a new furnace. He got us quotes on Monday. I called to discuss which furnace and humidifier we wanted, and they came the next morning and installed everything. He even built the $250 emergency service charge into the price of the new furnace + installation. Crew was friendly and arrived inside the window they said they would. Took about 7 hours to install everything (new pipes had to be run) and the furnace works great. We won’t be using a different company.
I highly recommend using LaSalle if you need any help with your heating or air conditioning systems. They are professional, knowledgeable, and will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. If you are debating on who to call for service or need a quote on a new system do yourself a favor and call LaSalle. Max came out to give me a second opinion on an issue we were having with our AC, which a different company told me we needed to replace the entire system (AC and Furnace). Max performed an inspection on the both the AC and Heating systems. He found we had a cracked heat exchanger that he showed me on the camera, but the AC system was simply low on charge. Max got our AC back up and running that day. We did end up needing to replace the 30 year old furnace. Kenzie and Max helped me work with my insurance company (which the insurance company made difficult) and they were extremely helpful by submitting all necessary documentation required by the insurance company. On the day of installation Kevin and Miguel arrived on time they were professional, informed me on how to work the system, answered all my questions, and cleaned up their work area. From start to finish the entire team was extremely easy to work with, and they are competitive in pricing compared with other companies I got quotes from.
Charlie and his team from LaSalle provided top notch customer service! I was very impressed with the time he took to explain the situation and answer all of my questions. He even showed me how to do some general maintenance myself. I would HIGHLY recommend LaSalle for your HVAC needs!
Very happy with the service received by Max and LaSalle. Max answered my questions, gave recommendations and advice that made sense, let me make the decisions based on the provided information, and solved an issue that a tech from a previous company said could not be fixed. I plan on continuing to utilize Max (LaSalle) for future heating and cooling needs, and highly recommend you give them a try.
Charlie did a great job of explaining what was going on with our furnace and AC during a maintenance checkup. He did all he could to optimize the life that our 22 year old AC unit may have left. He took his time and explained everything he was doing in terms that I could understand without coming off as talking down to me. He didn't try to sell us on new equipment even though it is obvious that we need it. I was disappointed that it wasn't LaSalle's policy to have its techs wearing a mask or at least ask if we preferred they did.
I went on Nextdoor and asked for advice on who to come out and install a new furnace and air conditioner for me. One of the top recommendations was for LaSalle Heating and Air. Max came out and asked some good questions about what I was looking for and then emailed me 3 options. I followed up with Kenzi at the office for any questions I had about the estimates. I ended up going with LaSalle over the 2 other companies I had come out to do bids. I felt like they had the most value for my money along with the best units. The 2 gentlemen who did the install were very polite and even found a gas leak to a standalone garage heater which they fixed for free! The only problem I incurred was that one of the wires wasn't hooked up correctly. My air conditioner kept running all the time. I got up early the next day and called Kenzi. She contacted Max and even though he was fully booked for the day, he made time to come out and look at it. He found the problem right away and fixed it immediately. I've had no problems since. And I love the new thermostat, furnace and AC! Overall these guys are a 5 in my book.
