Worked with Fred, kind, straightforward, not manipulative. He and his crew were great. Showed up on time, no complications, completed the job from start to finish. They installed a new HVAC system for us at our residence. I will be using them again for all our HVAC maintenance and repair. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the service. I called for a repair and they were able to come out within an hour and I was happy that they were able to fix it within a few hours. I am going to call them again when my heater goes out again!
The service met my expectations in every way. When I contacted for a repair, they were able to arrive within an hour, and I was relieved that they could fix it quickly. When my heater fails again, I'll give them another call.
For me, this business has been a lifesaver. Without them, I don't know what I would do. They have always answered the phone so fast when I phoned, and they quickly address any problems my AC unit may have. For their clients, they genuinely go above and beyond!
Excellent working with them. They were able to come out within 24 hours after I contacted to request a quote for my heating and cooling system. They were extremely kind and professional, and they offered me a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. They come highly recommended from me!
The dispatcher actually hung the phone up on me in the middle of a sentence as I was trying to explain, very patiently, what I needed from him. They clearly use uninformed people to answer their phones, training them to get people to pay a service charge and then move onto the next. Not professional and poor service.
I had a fantastic experience today. I called and asked to switch my time slot and she was easily able to accommodate me. When John came into my house, he had his mask on and was very professional. He asked if i had any questions or concerns right off the bat. He answered all my questions very thoroughly & was personable. Thank you.
Dover Heating & Air Conditioning were by far the best contractors we have ever hired. They were communicative, diligent, kind, patient with all our detailed questions, flexible, dedicated to finding the best solutions! The price was extremely competitive and we are so thankful for their excellent work. Will be recommending you to friends.
This is the worst company one can deal with. I made sure several times that if they had a technician to come out and repair my air conditioning. They confirmed that they did which led to my wife calling off form work to be there when they came. Half an hour later, they called me and canceled saying that they overbooked. They were not even apologetic at all. This is an alert not to ever give these guys a call at all. Stay away from them if you are looking for a decent service.
The technician spent much of the day attending to all plumbing and heating devices in my home. He installed a new garbage disposal, installed a new sink sprayer, changed out my furnace filter and worked with a plugged sink in my bathroom. Finally, he was thoughtful in the way he interacted with me and those who were visiting my home that day. He was very professional, courteous and very great to work with.
Mike and his colleague were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail, answered all the questions I had and repaired my AC unit very quickly. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to others.
After getting a few other bids we went with Dover Heating & Air Conditioning for our a/c and whole home humidifier. We also got an updated thermostat that we can control from anywhere. We got a great deal. I'd highly endorse working with Dover Heating & Air Conditioning. They are competent, polished, and are very quick to calls or questions.
Installation was prompt, efficient and completed on time. Wonderful service all round. The product was economical and the warranty was exceptional. We have used Dover Heating & Air Conditioning for a number of times now and are incredibly pleased with them. My brother recommended that we call them when another AC company said I needed a new unit. They replaced a capacitor for a couple hundred dollars and it’s still running great a year later. They are honest and ethical and that’s hard to find these days.
I was very pleased with service and the response speed. In about an hour after my call their crew arrived at my door. New system was installed in a day and works like a charm. Will definitely work with them again.

I'm very pleased with work done by Dover Heating & Air Conditioning. Owner was non-gimmicky and very straight forward and knowledgeable. Service techs were all kind and hard-working. They all were good to my dog and showed no-judgement with my house and various projects. Can't speak highly enough of this company.
When our central AC recently failed, Mike and a friend went above and over to get a replacement system installed before the most oppressive part of the current heat wave. The crew did a massive job on the install and were courteous, polite and left things cleaner than they found them. Super!!
