Over time I have had Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service install a new furnace, A/C Unit, and water heater. Installations were flawless and my annual maintenance contract provides a complete piece of mind. Anthony took care of my A/C maintenance today (he's also serviced my other units in the past) and each time he has always been courteous, professional, and thorough. The day after I called, they could come out. Two days later, the technician corrected the issue and was quite cordial throughout. If it happens again, they even promised to give me some free service for my subsequent repair. I heartily endorse this business!

I contacted them through a friend who had used them for work. They are a small company, but that's what I wanted for my furnace repair as opposed to using one of the major companies. They were highly recommended and I'm glad I used them.

Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Serviceas soon as I saw a puddle of water in my basement. They got me in right away for an appointment. Smith came out and was super knowledgeable and respectful! He got straight to the point and figured out what the issue was. He addressed the issue right away, told me upfront how much it was going to be and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommend Smith and Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service!!
They were able to come out the same day I called. I got a text when the tech, was on the way. It included his picture and a short bio. It made me feel safer knowing who to look for. Michael was friendly, professional and fast! He took time to show me what was going on and what to look for in the future.

He completed on-the-spot repairs at a reasonable price. I've already suggested him to a handful of close friends because he was really professional. It was an amazing experience!!

Called and spoke with Jimmy, when I inquired as to why there’s a $120 service fee to have a rep come out for a consultation when he can just come out with the unit as I already know what I want installed, I was hung up on. I actually read the reviews on this business before calling. Unfortunately the customer service over the phone was poor.
Bob just finished checking our two air conditioning systems. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very nice. He gave us several tips on maintaining our systems and possibly reducing our electric bills. They have worked for us for the last three years, and have always been very reliable.
Tech was very informative and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. The customer service was great as well. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I highly recommend this company. They were up front with pricing and fairly priced. After having two other providers, I was thankful to have someone knowledgeable and helpful complete the job.
We had our a/c installed by this company 2 months ago, an because of a clog in the line it stopped working. Within a couple of hours, our technician Jimmy, provided us with a courteous service and gave us pointers to avoid this problem in the future. So far, the best technician we have had! The technician that came out on Monday was prompt and professional, he was very knowledgeable and was able to give me an honest estimate on fixing my old unit or replacing it with a new cost efficient one. Spectacular service delivery!!
I called a few places and no one could respond immediately even as an emergency call. I called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service and they could come the next day. The furnace in one of my units was acting up. It would turn on for a few seconds and then go off again, over and over. I saw Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service was pretty close by, and had good reviews, so I gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Upon arrival, Jimmy was very polite. He expeditiously determined that the furnace sensor just needed to be cleaned. It all took less than 30 mins to fix. Simply amazing!!
