I was able to get a great deal on a DeWalt impact wrench. I purchased online at Grainger's website and picked it up at this location. This pickup process was a breeze. They even have curbside pickup if you're interested.

I am disappointed because I know they have the pieces that I have was looking for. But they preferred to send me another store to get that pieces. I think they need to improve the customer service skills and they need to show more interest in try to help. Maybe they don’t understand what I am asking because my English is not perfect, but I want to say thank you for the other place that they recommend. They helped me

Walked in to see if they had a Fuse for My Dryer, waited a few minutes then the Blonde Lady in the pick-up area helped me and knew exactly what I was looking for , she got my part and all I had to do was check out, Super easy and liked that She helped to speed up the process, Thanks A+++++++++
Even though their system wasn't working they had a plan and a backup plan to make it easy to order parts. Staff was calm and friendly.

I didn't catch the Sales Associates name but he was awesome. They helped me out!! Just walk in to the front counter and they take care of the rest
We found what we needed online and drove to Bloomington to pick it up. we didn't realize the store would not be open because of Covid19. Someone came out to the car and took our order but the price was higher than it was on the web. Lesson learned, Buy on the web.
Sold me a unit that didn't do the job and didn't let me return it. Also, very bad customer service. I'll never buy again!!!
