Would endorse not just the company but the repairman Dale was the best, he kept his word and did a great job! They communicated through the whole process letting me know the tech was hung up on another job and when he was on his way.

Howard Larry had done the install on our new water heating system and more did a fix on a different part of the system. Howard is professional and responsive and does wonderful work. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing. Would definitely recommend!
So far I haven't used Master Tech to install or work anything, but I plan to. Charles arrived out to assess and give me an estimate on water heater options. He was great! He was informative and not pushy. He was knowledgeable and talked out the options with me and answered all of my questions and then some.

Sal has worked on my HVAC system several times and has always been courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. His supervisor Danny has also done job for me and has done a terrifc job. I’ve had my replaced and my furnace repaired and tuned up by them. 5 star rating for both Sal and Danny.

This is the 3rd time that myself or family has used this company. I called them late on a Sunday and they responded rapidly and were able to make it out the next day (Labor Day). Dustin arrived on time and was professional. He explained what was wrong with the system and fixed it We will definitely be using this company for any future HVAC/furnace work.
