Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning does an awesome job, from scheduling to service to pricing. Very professional, honest and knowledgeable. My furnace was having issues, Edward came and determined the issue, explained it to me very clearly and honestly and was able to resolve the problem. I highly recommend Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning.

Edward from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning was super knowledgeable and professional. Our cooling unit went out and we called him. He came over, inspected the whole unit, ordered the parts and within 3 hours, the unit was up and running. I highly recommend this company!

I've been using Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning for a long time now and have been satisfied for the most part. This time I was exceptionally pleased as Felix showed me how the coils just above the furnace were so dirty. They were so dirty that with my eyes I could only see dirt, not the coils, so I asked him to clean them. After he cleaned, I could actually see the coils, and hope that this extends the life of my furnace and air conditioner. Thank you!
This is our second time using Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning and both times they have been fantastic. They are always so competent and responsive. Our technician was Edward and he was so polite. He was able to locate and fix the issue quickly and was detailed in his explanation of the problem. I would surely endorse them to anybody.
I had my semi-annual equipment service recently. Edward performed the service and did an elaborate job. He was on time, prudent with his time and completed his work expeditiously. He was polite and clarified all the steps he took to make the system perform at its peak. I would endorse Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning to all my friends!!
What a joke this company is. My appointment was from 11am-1pm window. No show. I called at 1pm and was told "you are next"...After a few hours I continued to call every hour on the hour...always the "you are next...15-20 minutes. They never called me. Never apologized. Never called to set up for the next day. There is no way the other reviews here are legit. I'm guessing employees or friends of owner. WORST. SERVICE. EVER>
Amazing and Professional Service. The technician explained the issues to me in terms I could understand. They had my furnace up and running right away. Great guys to deal with. Highly recommend. We are so grateful to have such a great team of workers from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning working so hard to get our air conditioning working. They worked evening and weekend to get it going. I never saw such a dedicated crew. Edward was just outstanding how he worked through a difficult situation with our unit. A top class company. I appreciate for the exceptional service. They sent someone over immediately when the furnace they just installed stopped working. Even though it was my fault!! They never charged anything. Highly recommend.

Called Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning on a Sunday and got a call back on service right away. The service technician Edward made it over in 60 minutes. He sat down and explained the furnace to me. What a tremendous experience and such a pleasant guy. I would definitely recommend them!!
