We had two rounds of service with Airic's. The first round was great and exceptional service - Robert was in charge and did a great job. The second round of service was very different. We had a single head mini split converted into a ducted mini split - which should have been sold to us in the first place b/c now I have drywall to fix. The techs arrived, asked me questions regarding the work and didn't like my response so they went to my wife to see if the answer would change. Then, the unit they were replacing that was still new (installed 2 years ago) was taken outside, someone came to pick up and the tech told the guy to bring it back to the office because it was in perfect condition. I then requested it back and he told me that it would no longer work. I don't know what happened between the two visits but the quality of the work was not the same. Despite that, the system installed has changed my house giving us AC and a back up system for heat :)

Heating and Cooling Two has been wonderful to work with since we moved here a year ago. We needed a new A/C and Heating system. We received great quality products at an affordable price. From the office team to the sales and installation teams they are very professional!

Airic's crew installed a new 50 gallon HE water heater and carted away our old one. Brett and his partner worked efficiently, kept the entryway carpeting and work area clean. Brett also answered my questions about the calcification in the old unit and some things I should do with our new unit for better life. I appreciated the service, as we are having houseguests all summer!
Scott, Brett, and Charlie were a dream to work with. Our AC went out over the weekend and Scott came first thing to take a look at it. Unfortunately we needed a new motor for our very old unit. Scott went to multiple wholesalers for us to find one as quick as possible. Great guy. We actually ended up investing in a new unit. Brett and Charlie did a great job and were very professional during the installation. They installed the unit quickly and cleaned and hauled away the old materials. I highly recommend Airic's for any of your AC needs!
Coming home from vacation to a broken AC during the hottest week of summer was not the greatest end to our trip. Called Airic’s and they were out the same day!!! Had us up and running in an hour. Mentioned our unit was nearing its lifespan but no pressure to purchase just helpful info to help us budget for the new units. Nice tech and great service. Will be our go to for our HVAC always!

5 stars! They got my old water heater going again less than 3 hours after I called on a Saturday. Installed a new water heater for me on Tuesday, just 3 days later. Prompt, professional, well-priced service. Guys were all nice, kept things very clean, and explained what they had done. Very much appreciate the automated texts letting me know when they were on their way to the house too. Will definitely use this company again and recommend you do as well.
Airic's saves the day! One call to Airic's and they were here in a jiffy to diagnose the problem, make the repair, and cool us back down. Our non-profit partnered with Airic's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and were able to provide a dual combat veteran family with a new air conditioning unit! Theirs went out last fall, and with a newborn baby in the house, AC is a MUST! We met at the house and it was determined that they needed a new unit, the following evening Eric and his crew showed up AFTER work and installed a brand new A/C! There aren't enough THANK YOU's for all that they have done for the veteran community!

If I could give these people 0 stars I will I wish I NEVER used them do not use this place!!! Donna or Debbie or wherever her name is unprofessional she hung up on me because they charged my card 100 dollars and I never authorized them to do so . I told the lady I spoke with on Friday her name was Theresa that I don’t want my card to be charged and that I’m calling about my moms house she needed her AC fixed I told Theresa when the person who was suppose to look at the AC comes he needs to call me before he charges my card because I’m only putting a card down for now and that my mom is paying for everything the guy who came to look at my moms house was soo un professional he came the first time and it took him 10 minutes to fix something he didn’t even tell my mom he was leaving he told my 11 year old niece that he was done we were happy we thought the job was done but now the AC went out again and he has to come a second time charged my mom 380. These people at thieves and money hungry they had to come twice and charged us twice for services. I called them to confront them today about charging my card and I was yelled at by the person who answered the phone and I was telling her what I had told Theresa on Friday that I don’t want anyone charging my card with out notifying me and the lady started getting attitude and yelled that Theresa isn’t here she’s in the hospital and she started swearing and hung up the phone.
I had a furnace replaced by Airics in Spring 2018. I had 3 quotes and they come in the lowest bidder by about 25%, so it was a pretty significant savings. The install was quick and professional. The only issues were administrative, they scheduled the technician to do install on the wrong day but we were able to accommodate them. They forgot to follow=up and schedule a 2nd visit from an electrician to finish up a junction box they installed with the furnace. Also, they filled the natural gas rebate form out incorrectly, but once the issue was found they corrected it quickly and we got all of our rebates. I would still highly recommend them, but had to knock off a star for the administrative hassles. Edit: Had more issues with the install that later cropped up. Fan speeds were improperly setup on AC.
Outstanding customer service with cost effective solutions compared to 3 other bids. I would highly recommend Airic's. Within only 3 days, I received multiple bids comparing prices, evaluated customer service ratings, understood timing of my requested services, as well as evaluated the sales team member. I am so thankful I trusted my instincts and went with Airics. Todd was honest on the nice vs needed items, patient all while being helpful in answering all of my questions. After comparing all of my bids, Airic's was the most competitive by a long shot and was able to act quickly to install a new furnace and central air system. Brent and Grant were top notch conducting the installation and helped to run me through the maintenance process and next steps with the electrician. Again, Tim the electrician arrived and provided excellent service. I can't recommend a better top notch team, excellent communication and on-time service! Airic’s boiler techs are always on time, courteous and helpful. Brett and Warren came out yesterday to fix a suspected boiler pipe leak. Even though it turned out not to be the boiler pipes, they helped me track down the source of the leak (the roof) so that I know who to call next. Their prices are good, too! I’m happy to know that I’ve got a great company to call when I need boiler maintenance.
Eric and team at Airics’s did an outstanding job!!! Eric arrived promptly after my request, made some great recommendations, returned a quote with a great price, and installed a new ac and furnace quickly and cleanly. We upgraded to the top of the line Infinity system from Carrier, with zoning to balance temperature throughout the house. It’s working fantastic. Thanks Eric!! Great prices and high quality work!!!
I give Airic's the highest recommendation! Last year, they installed a ductless AC/heating unit and condenser in one room of my house. Recently,I noticed the condensation draining system (that could have been due to the way the contractor installed the pipes in the ceiling, who knows) but, unlike any other company these days, they didn't leave me high and dry but immediately came out and fixed the problem by installing an extra pump. 5 stars for Airic's!
