We received exceptional service today by Superior Plumbing.  Our sub pump backed up overnight and flooded our finished basement.  The experts were here in no time to resolve the issue and spent extra time going over some best practices to avoid another incident in the future.  We greatly appreciate the service.  Superior Plumbing definitely earned our life-long relationship!

Thank you for "superior" service. I called on a holiday because our air conditioner stopped working. After describing the problem Kevin offered to walk me through some tasks that might fix the issues (a house call was not necessary and would be costly). He spent 20-30 minutes patiently explaining what to do. And it worked! No charge!

Toilet seal was replaced once I convinced the plumber that was why my floor was buckling cost was $248 I found someone to come out and replace the flooring, only to find out the seal was never properly seated and the toilet tightened thus I paid the money out in vain and suffered more water damage as a result. There was no compression of the wax ring to allow it to seal!! Will not use again. Do not waste your money as I did

So happy this company is around! It's hard to find good contractors these days but I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Heating to anyone! Very professional from the minute you call & speak with Terri, who has nothing but the best intentions on you & how to fix your issue(s). Kevin was our contractor who came to our home. He was also professional, took his time to figure out the problem & also recommends any upkeep I can do to further prevent issues down the road. Customer service is amazing!! We found out on a Thursday mid afternoon that our water heater had been leaking as water was pooling in our utility room. We reached out to Superior and they were able to squeeze us in and swing by that evening to assess the heater, help slow the leak, order a replacement heater, and schedule us for a replacement water heater the following evening. The next evening, a Friday evening, the team showed up after a full day of other projects and still took the time to remove the faulty water heater and install a new one as well as helping with the clean up. They did not care that it was after business hours to help fix our problem. Superior is very responsive, friendly, helpful, and professional and we would definitely recommend using them for any and all heating and air conditioning services!

I spoke to Kevin on the phone today and he walked me thru the issue with our thermostat/furnace rather than wanting to come out to our home and charging us the home visit fee. He felt that between the two of us we could resolve the issue over the phone, which we did. Kevin was VERY helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I recently updated our ktchen which included the need for installing a sink faucet, RO faucet and new drain configuration to accommodate an undermounted sink. We chose a company to do our plumbing work in mid January that was highly recommended to us. All work was completed and we were pleased with finished job. However, we just noticed that the RO system was hooked up to the hot water line by mistake! We discovered this the other night when very hot water was coming out of the RO faucet! The drain underneath the sink, RO tank and hot water line were also extremely hot to the touch! We tried to reach the company that did the work but they’d already closed for the night, with no after hours calling number available. All we could do was leave a message for them to please call back in the morning to address this issue. I personally was so nervous about everything being so hot and was afraid of a possible fire or blown hoses happening overnight! I decided to call Superior and spoke directly with Kevin. He asked me to take some photos from under the sink and send them to his phone, so he could see what he could do to help us. From there, Kevin actually took the time to instructed me step by step on how to turn everything off for the night until I could speak with the company that did the work originally. Kevin didn’t want us to have to pay for more work to be done, when the company should come back and do the repairs needed with no extra charge. I have to say, Kevin completely reassured me that all was now safe with the hot water issue and even discussed what I need to know about the RO filters that would need to be replaced, because of this event that happened. He spent so much time helping me over the phone and never charged us any service fee at all for his time, even after I again offered and wanted to pay him! The next morning the repairs were made by the company that had done the work and the RO filters are being replaced. I’m so glad I called Kevin

Hot water heater started leaking on a Friday evening. Called a few places for pricing and schedules. Superior had good prices and were able to come out Monday afternoon to install a new hot water heater. Unfortunately upon unboxing the new hot water heater it was found to be dented. As the old unit was already removed they installed the new one, so we would have hot water, until they could get another new one on Wednesday. They were out early Wednesday afternoon and installed the new unit. I must say their service was exceptional. I would gladly use them again in the future.

Called on 7/3 to have my AC looked at and was told that 7/9 would be when they could make it out. No problem with the delay due to a busy and hot holiday weekend, but a week and half later I still haven't heard back about scheduling a diagnosis. Decided to get other companies out to look at it.

My first experience with Superior has been EXCELLENT and exceeded my expectations. My water heater broke down on a SATURDAY. I called Superior and immediately talked to Kevin. I explain the situation and he offered to solve it over the phone. This will save me dollars for a site visit. He gave me step by step instructions that even I could understand. However in the end we agreed that a sensor has failed and needed to be replaced. He told me to meet me at the store to get the part. He made an extra stop at his parts store to make sure he had one for me. He constantly called me to keep me informed so that I did not wait anxiously whether he had the part of not. I met Kevin at the customer store. He OPENED it up (remember it is a Saturday) and sold me the part. Then he took extra time to explain how to install and test it. He also mentioned that I should be able to get the part from Rheem since it was still under warranty.. Finally he asked me to call him if the fix work or did not work. Truly shows me professionalism and concern. It all worked out. Then I found out that he is the owner of Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air-Conditioning, Inc. I do not know too many owners that take the time to help customers directly. He is truly professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. Again his company WILL be my FIRST call when I have issues with my furnace, air conditioner, or water heater. He has earned my trust and that is not easily done

My hot water stopped coming out hot and after trying to fix it on my own, I decided that I needed some help. I called a few places to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have someone come take a look at my hot water heater. The average price was around $150 just to come out to my house! And then I called Superior Plumbing. When Kevin answered the phone, I asked for an estimate. Instead of giving me a price, he asked me to take pictures of the heater and send them to him so he could try and troubleshoot. We tried a few different things over the phone, but still no hot water. He was pretty sure that a little piece just needed to be replaced, so he asked for the serial number so he could check to see if my heater was still under warranty (which thankfully it was). I then drove up to Superior Plumbing to exchange out the little piece for a new one. When I got home, I put the piece into place and suddenly my hot water heater turned on! I was so impressed by the customer service of Kevin and his receptionist! They went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of, without me having to spend a single dollar. Most places these days just try to take your money, whereas Kevin's focus was to help me, his customer. I have already recommended his services to a friend and I will definitely be using Superior Plumbing in the future!

I had to re-route the pipes for all of the above slab plumbing in my home. Had several quotes and suggestions on how to proceed, however, Kevin, the owner of Superior Plumbing, was far more knowledgeable than all the other companies. His recommendations were sound and they made sense. Kevin did a very thorough inspection and discovered things none of the other companies did. He was very precise with his written quote and seemed very honest. I contracted with Superior and am more than happy with the work and service received; they even put down carpet protectors and wore botties while inside. The work is very professional and everyone who sees it comments about how well done it is and asks who did it. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing!

I was excited to see a local plumbing company that was rated so well, but my experience was very disappointing. I called and spoke with someone about my plumbing issue and was told I'd receive a call back within a few days with scheduling details. The call never came. I called back twice in the following two weeks and left voicemails, but never heard back.

I asked for a quote to install a drop-in kitchen sink. Not a new install, but to replace my existing sink, faucet and disposer. I bought the new sink already, along with the faucet and disposer. Just needed a reputable plumber to remove the old ones, and install my new ones. They tried to tell me it would cost over $1,200 (Yes, over $1,200.That wasn't a typo). Laughable. Not only did I not hire them, I'll never call them for anything in the future.
