They came out right away and fixed the air conditioner issue and didn’t cost a fortune. I’ll be using them from now on.

I have an older house and have been in it for 22 years. I have been very fortunate and have not had too many issues to deal with. Unfortunately, my shower head broke off the shower arm and it was not a typical unscrew and screw on the new one. John originally came out to look at it and the pipe ended up breaking. He originally thought he was going to have to tear into walls to fix it. He came back a few days later and ended up fixing it without tearing up anything. John did a fantastic job! If you have any plumbing issues that need taken care of...call McQuade and ask for John!

It was truly a great experience having the old system removed and a brand new much more efficient system installed. The installers were experienced and professional and explained the new system well.
Barry came out today even though I only called today. He explained everything and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. My furnace/ac is 28 years old, whether to repair or replace was the question. Barry explained there were no guarantees the repair would work and gave me options to make an informed decision. I decided on the repair for now. If you need an honest company, give McQuade Plumbing and Heating a try.
Had to get central air replaced, Mcquede had a good quote compared to competition, install was set up and completed in the same week the estimate was given which was very nice and surprising. Colin and Ashur did the install and were the very definition of professionalism. These 2 guys were very kind and patient answered every question I asked and they will be the reason Mcquede gets return business from our family- good job everyone !

I furnace krapped out on me 2 times in one week. After getting quotes, I decided to purchase thru McQuade because of price and previous work they've done for me. I bought the furnace and air conditioner. The technicians were friendly, knowledgably, quick and tidy. Since a permit was pulled, city inspector came over to sign off on the work. Three times he said "they did a good job for you. I like McQuade" I highly recommend McQuade. I like McQuade, too.
This company has earned every ounce of my business and recommendations from this point on. From my initial meeting with Steve their comfort consultant into scheduling with Scott via a phone call I was excited to see the quality work after being amazed by the level of professionalism up to that point. Matt and Dave showed up on time and got to work and let me tell you now, these 2 gentleman are artists with hvac equipment. From the custom bending they did for the new lines for the condensing unit outdoors to the sheet metal/ duct work inside I'm beyond satisfied with this company. Nothing but knowledgeable, friendly staff who's smiles reflect this company values to take care of there customers. Thank you for taking care of my families needs and I pray you continue to succeed.
Installers arrived on time and worked throughout the day to install a new boiler heater. T he install was complete without issues and guys were knowledgeable and friendly. Best price out of 4 quotes. I would recommend them for sure.
My furnace was old (19 years) and dead, really dead, it was mid February and I'd called Home Depot, they quoted me 2 weeks for a new furnace. I called McQuade at 1PM. By 2PM McQuade had looked at my old furnace and while they could repair it I opted for a new install. By 5PM I had a brand new furnace installed, my old furnace was taken away for me and I was up and running. All service people were polite, and knowledgeable, and I couldn't have asked for anything more, and yet they still beat the best price for a new install I'd found online by over $1000.00. I will be using them again to replace my AC system.

I had a leak in my boiler system and was so happy with the professionalism. Ben was a great service guy and explained to me in great detail. Unfortunately my insurance wanted to use their own heating people. Had to cancel them at the last minute and they called me back right away and was so professional about it. If the need arises I would use them again.
