Have an indoor gas fireplace that was not lighting appropriately and was spontaneously turning off when it did happen to work. Vince came over to our house the first day he was back from his vacation and promptly figured out the problem. Went out to the hardware store to get necessary parts and had it fixed soon after returning. Did a full operations check and cleaning of the fireplace. Thanks Vince. Would hire again.
Responsive, professional and reasonably priced! Vincent was returned my call quickly and came out the same day to inspect our direct vent gas fireplace. 1/3/2022- Called Vince early on the 2nd for a fireplace issue and he was out same day! Shared the issue, told me why it failed, and repaired quickly. Appreciate his honesty! Will refer and seek him out when I plan on upgrading insert!

This is an over 5 star review. We heard of this company through recommendations on Facebook. We gave Vinny a call today on a Saturday and he said he’d be here in 30 minutes. Sure enough, he was on time and very thorough. Being first time home owners as 2 young women, we didn’t know a thing about the fireplace but he made sure our questions and concerns were all answered. He didn’t push sales or try get more money out of us, he simply worked with what we had and helped us bring the fireplace back to life for the time being until we decide to purchase something else. 10/10 recommend this company, we will be doing more business in the future.
