Cost me 300 for half hour diagnosis! Had appointment set a week ahead for a $2500 repair and they no called, no showed!. They charge 400$per hour! Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company. Highway robbery! There is nothing to discuss had appt set.. no call no show.. told me to apply for financing for repair... I qualified. Then when I called you to see if you were coming out that day for repair I was told no financing on repairs. Then I was told I would get a call back and never did. Not how I do business. You respond to review but don't call me back? 1 star
Great communication. AC went out over holiday weekend. They still called me back to set up a service call. I was at work the day they came out for service and they kept me updated on my appointment time so I could leave and meet them there. Technician was knowledgeable and he made sure I understood what the problem was. Highly recommend.

They are quick to come out and don’t try to up sell you. I’ve used them a few times.
OVERCHARGED! We were charged $650 for a recharge and 2 pounds 410a, which is more than double what several estimates for the national average is for this service. I'm sure their response will be they don't have a record or we're paying for their many years of experience. Will call someone else next time!

The Koz team was able to come out and fix our boiler quick when it started leaking. Michael was very personable and was able to solve our problem.
They do neat work. I had a furnace and air conditioning put in they use brand names. And do damn good work. And if you have a problem for what ever reason it don't take them 3 to 4 days to come. There on top of there game for show.
Had an issue with my AC a week ago, called Koz Heating & Cooling and Mike came out and diagnosed the issue. Ultimately needed a new unit, and got the job done a couple days later. Very happy. Highly recommend❗️ Great service and fair price❗️ 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Koz is excellent, i've used them for both my furnace and AC. They always show up on time, and explain to you exactly what's going on. My favorite thing that Mike does is give tips on how you can properly maintain your units to maximize their operational life. HUGE HELP! Thank you!
I called them to fix my ac unit and they were able to come next day. They were on time and professional. Service call $92 and to replace capacitor is $159. I found same exact product for $15 they overcharged.
When dealing with gas you need to have confidence. Jake and Mike installed gas lines to our stand-by generator and laundry room dryer. They know their business and go the extra mile to make sure the job was done safe and right. Knowledge and professionalism is evident throughout the organization. Michael, the owner, actively oversees all activities as an engineer and does not cut corners. One line to our generator was not perfectly horizontal to the ground so he had Mike adjust it. Ann-Marie and Karen run the front office efficiently with customer focus. I was introduced to this business through Nu-Line Electric. When I asked for more than one name, Nu-Line told me to use Koz because they are the best. I am glad I listened.
Koz came out to give me a quote for a new furnace at my mom's house. They answered all my questions, and the furnace they installed happened to be 6 " shorter so it can be placed on a platform....which is what I wanted to help avoid basement flooding issues. The installation was arranged quickly and installed with zero issues. I couldn't be happier.
On a Thursday evening, our Navien tankless hotwater heater stopped producing hot water. I was sure that I would not be able to find a company willing to come out and take a look at it on a Friday. I made several calls to various heating and cooling companies with no success. I made a call to Koz and I was shocked to receive a call back that afternoon and a visit that evening. Derek had it up and running within an hour or so but noted that the same issue would happen again because a new valve was needed. We scheduled the new part to be installed the following week, and after a little scheduling snafu, our tankless heater is now fixed and working properly. We would like to thank Karen for helping us with the scheduling and getting everything back on track.
We've had Koz Heating and Cooling do two major jobs for us this month and we couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, great prices and friendliness. We won't use any other company from now on.
I have radiant heat that is provided by a boiler. I have a ranch home and so the boiler is centrally located in the house. When it was firing it often sounded like a bomb went off or the house was hit by a car....very scary! Koz Heating & Cooling was able to get someone out relatively quickly even though they are beyond busy. He was efficient and explained things and went over and above- vacuumed out a small area of the boiler for me that I intended to do. He was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that the problem was adequately addressed- no loud booms! and now worries that the boiler was going to blow up! Thank you Derek for getting it taken care of for me and giving me peace of mind!
The service man was considerate( covered his shoes before entering), professional and seemed very knowledgeable and proficient as he worked. He did encounter a problem and he stayed and retraced every facet of the furnace operation until he solved the problem. He was courteous, explained the problem and the solution and completed the maintenance . The cost was reasonable and based on this experience I would certainly recommend Koz Heating to anyone in need of furnace maintenance or repair.
Our technician was Derek and he was great. On time, polite and knowledgeable. I have always used KOZ and have always been happy!
