‘A Plus’ is the perfect name for this company because of the responsiveness, service, equipment, honesty, knowledge, value, on time, and very good workers! We had both furnace and air conditioner replaced with professionalism, with all the attributes above and with total clean up. You can’t ever be disappointed with ‘A Plus’!

Same day service!! they came out to inspect unit. We knew we needed a new unit, they quickly scheduled us. Thankfully they came out same day and we got the unit installed. Professional, informative, complete transparency. My family did not have to feel the 80° heat for long, can’t thank these guys enough. Job well done! I wish I would've read the reviews before hiring. A couple weeks ago I had a guy come out because AC wasn't working. They charged me for replacing the filters; We have reusable/ washable that I cleaned. Said that he cleaned the outside unit which he didn't. And said that he checked the freon level & that was good. $300 ??? Last night my AC stopped working again. Different company came out today and pointed out that my freon level was low and my outside unit needed to be cleaned.

They were the first company to actually respond to a message. They came out a day sooner than they thought they could. All of our questions were answered - my wife actually asked very good questions - I was watching the tech as he declared compressor dead. I enjoyed watching him work. Pricing was amazing, much less expensive than I thought it would be. Crew came in at 8am, AC operational by 3pm by 7pm house was at 70!!

My aunt had her furnace go out she called a plus the guy was hours late and told her she needed a new furnace and then left the furnace is only 5 years old we called the people who put it in and they came out it was a sensor the man from aplus charged her 85 bucks didnt fix it and lies to try to get her to buy a whole new furnace this is not the way business should be done she is older and lives alone her husband passed and that man saw that and tried to use that to get her to spend money to get a whole new furance rather then tell her the truth and fixed the sensor so if u deal with apmus get a second opinion cause they r not honest

I do not recommend this company. They charged my mom 87.00 and didnt even fix it. All it was a sensor.so she had another company come out and fixed it for free. So i will not give this company a good rating.they need to pay my mom back the money they charged her.also he was supposed to be here by 12pm and didnt show up till 4pm.

I chose this company because of the ratings and it is true that the customer service on the phone is good. Unfortunately they did not show up for the job. The "field manager" called while I was speaking to his receptionist and told me the reason I didn't make the schedule for today was because I called "after hours" last week when I scheduled. Really? Now this is my fault? Ok. Except... in checking my phone records, I called at 10:15 AM a week ago. So he explained he was on a job and that I understand. Every customer deserves the best service. And he said he would be at my job shortly, except that was over an hour and a half ago and there has been no communication. I did reach out and cancel the appt so the technician would not waste a trip. Just ultimately disappointed. I have my dad in hospital so I made arrangements specifically for this appt. I found their time window to be important. I hope as a business they will find others' time important.

Excellent service:) I had my motor replaced and my air conditioning unit worked fine after a couple of days it went out again.The owner came out a few days later to see if he could fix it and he did. The problem was a wire was detached on the air conditioner due to lawn service that I had done. The owner didn't charge me for it. I'm extremely satisfied 😄

Let it be known what outstanding service I received from A-Plus Heating and Cooling. I do not leave many reviews, only because I am an avid DIY’er and generally do not request assistance on many things. However, this last (cursed) week with dental issues and truck repairs, I was in no mood (or condition) to tackle furnace issues too when the heat went out late Friday night. I looked for someone local and called A-Plus right out-of-the-gate, which proved to be a great decision. Mr. Nader answered the phone right away, and was able to take care of me the first thing the following morning at 7:30am. He personally came to service my unit, since his crew is extremely busy this time of year. Mr. Nader spent approximately an hour or so on my unit and got it fired up to the delight of my wrecked nerves and pain med lethargy. I cannot express my sincerest gratitude for Mr. Nader’s professionalism and pleasant personality. In addition, he did not mind one bit that I was lurking over his shoulder watching his methods (the DIY’er in me) and apprenticing by holding a flashlight :-) After a few brief conversations he realized my interest, and took the time to explain what he was doing and how he diagnosis issues. I found this to be extremely personable and rewarding. In the end, my experience with Mr. Nader and A-Plus Heating and Cooling was one of the best I have had in regards to dealing with contractors and the work they perform. I highly recommend A-Plus, and surely will not hesitate to use them next year when I decide to start replacing my HVAC systems. Although frugal by nature, I am a firm believer there comes a time when professional craftsmanship, dependability, and trust far outweighs the frugality of trying to save a buck or two by doing something yourself, or trying to find the cheapest price around. They were awesome! I called around 7:40am to get something set up for the afternoon on a Friday and told them I would be home around 2. I got home shortly before and called them to let them know when I was home. They had a guy out within 15 min. Sam was great ! He was friendly and got right to work. He had my whole system up and running in under an hour. It was an easy fix and just required some cleaning and fluid top offs. Great experience overall. I will definitely be using them in the future
