Great experience! When we realized our AC stopped cooling around 8pm I called at least six "24/7 Service" shops with each telling me they couldn't/wouldn't provide after-hours service. When I called South Lyon Heating and Cooling the owner picked up and dispatched one of his team members (Tyler) immediately. Tyler showed up 20 mins later and had the issue identified and resolved within another 20 mins. Less than 1 hour after calling the house is cooling down to normal temps, my family is happy and I had a great service experience. Will be my first call for future HVAC needs.
Wonderful service!!! Got us all fixed up when our A/C decided to stop working. Have an older unit and had us up and running same day. Thanks guys you rock!!!
These guys are great! I called at 1 pm on a hot day, they were out in an hour and had my condenser fixed in 3 hours and they give good discounts when you pay with cash! I will use them every time. Thank you so much SLH&C

They came out within an hour to fix our AC unit. Gave us multiple options for payment and the cost breakdown. We had them over this past winter to repair the furnace. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will be using them as our primary HVAC repair.

Excellent service. We just moved about a month ago into our house and had trouble getting the AC going. Service was professional and issue was identified quickly (wiring issues of previous owner) and extra tips on AC maintenance were given. Great job, would recommend any time!

Great company. We had a problem on a Saturday and Matt was amazing. He tried to trouble shoot first. He was extremely patient and courteous. He definitely didn’t just try to sell a product. He went through the options. We decided instead of repairing our furnace to just get a new one. The company was able to schedule us quickly. Everyone that came to the house was great. Highly recommend!
SO honest! I called on a Sunday when my heat had been out, and he scheduled a Monday appt to avoid weekend rates. He told me they usually can't get parts on weekends if needed, and this avoids a 2nd trip fee. They also applied a special coupon I didn't even know about to save money. They are awesome!!
They are good at what they do but unfortunately they will rip you off with the parts pricing charging you 4 times the actual prices. I know people want to make profit but seriously by how much. Even if you are a returning customer I guess they don’t care.
Very professional and great service. Company came out on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He also showed the part that he replaced and why it need to be replaced. I will be specifically requesting him for our next tune up.
Great service! Went above and beyond to answer all my questions and walk me through what was completed. Serviced my furnace and repaired my humidifier attachment.
My AC went completely out and I called Matt on a 90 degree Saturday afternoon for service. Instead of coming out and charging emergency weekend service rates, he talked me through a number of things to try and I eventually got it working after disassembling part of the unit. This was the first time I've worked with him and it's great to find someone that obviously cares more about helping people than money. I would highly recommend calling South Lyon Heating and Cooling before anyone else.
We cannot say enough how truly wonderful this company is. We have had them out twice, once for general maintenance in the fall and last night in the bitter cold our furnace went out and they came out very quickly to install a part for us. Matt, Travis and Tyler we thank you so much for all your help. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone for being an honest, job well done and compassionate as well.
The heat in my condo wasn't working properly. South Lyon Heating responded promptly during an extremely busy time for them. Within 2 hours my heat was restored. Professional and hardworking. I would highly recommend them.
Matt was fantastic. He took time out of his New Year’s Eve evening to help me with a furnace issue on a cold night. Amazing service. Will use again in the future
