The compressor in my old condenser failed and a new unit was required. Dave gave me a quote with several options to replace the unit with an equivalent model. After some back and forth I settled on an upgraded model (went from single to dual stage). I feel that I got a good price and installation went without a hitch. I would gladly use Alison Mechanical for future HVAC needs.

I had my furnace installed in 9/2017. Bill (former employee) did an exceptional job with the install and the furnace is running great. However, the Owner, Dave Stark, was supposed to turn in my DTE refund application, which would have been a $250 savings (rebate) for my family and I. Almost 2 years later, I am not getting my text messages returned and still have not received the $250 rebate. I'm pretty sure too much time has elapsed, and that I am no longer eligible for the DTE rebate. Also, I requested to get an estimate to replace my AC unit on several occasions, and never received a response. Obviously, I will be using another service provider to purchase a new AC unit. Alison Mechanical must not be in the business of making money and satisfying customers! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

Called last week to schedule an appointment for a service call. Repeated calls to make the appointment, and this morning at 9 was the quickest they could do. I understand that, it's busy season. Come this morning, take time off work to be there at 9 and no tech. Call to find out about what time they will be out and they have no appointment for me and excuses as to why. Called Jerry's - they'll be out tomorrow.

I called 2 days ago to set up a maintenance visit for my HVAC and the lady who answered told me I would get a call back yesterday. I didn't receive a call back, but didn't think it was a big deal, so I called them back today. When I called back, a gentlemen answered the phone and I simply explained I needed to set up a maintenance visit and he immediately cut me off and said he could call me back in 2 weeks. I explained that I had called 2 days ago and never received a call back, he could only say that there have been too many emergency visits and it would be 2 weeks. A simple apology and explanation would have been understandable. I won't give my business to someone who is unprofessional. In response to the owner below: You didn't say you schedule me in 2 weeks, you told me you could call me back in 2 weeks. Secondly, if you are so swamped with emergencies that you can't call me back for 2 weeks, I'm certainly glad you have the time to read and respond to your google reviews. Thirdly, you guys messed up when I was told I'd get a next day call back the first time I called. Maybe that person didn't understand how hectic the schedule is. That's okay. Maybe follow up with a "Sorry about the misunderstanding, here's what our timeline looks like, and we'd be happy to take care of it then." Being professional isn't about what you say, it's how you say it. Have a great day!

Amazing customer service. Honest and professional. They obviously care about their customers. Bill came to my house on a Saturday to get my furnace running. Probably one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Dave the owner came the next morning to address another issue and found and fixed a systemic wiring issue causing electrical faults throughout my house. Didn't even charge me for his labor or time. Will definitely call them first for any future furnace issues.
